WWF-Hong Kong is launching the “Good Natured” line of skin care products, created with natural and organic ingredients to help improve choices for allergy sufferers, improve the selection of organic cosmetic products in Hong Kong and improve our environment.

Preservatives, parabens and surfactants are commonly found in cosmetic products. These ingredients extend the products’ shelf life, but some individuals are allergic to one or more of these substances. When the product comes in contact with their skin, these people may have an adverse reaction. To help improve choices for allergy sufferers, improve the selection of organic cosmetic products in Hong Kong and improve our environment, today WWF-Hong Kong is launching the “Good Natured” line of skin care products, created with natural and organic ingredients.

Imported from United Kingdom, all Good Natured products are free from parabens, SLS, SLES, phthalates and other potentially harmful substances. Registered with The Vegan Society and The Soil Association, all products are proven to be made from natural ingredients. Additionally, no products have been or ever will be tested on animals, and all bottles are manufactured from rPET, which is a 100% recycled and recyclable material.

Good Natured shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash in a range of fragrances – aloe vera, lavender, rosemary and seaweed (retail price HK$49) – will be available in 80 Mannings stores across Hong Kong beginning 24 May, 2013. Part of the proceeds from the sale of these products will be used to support WWF-Hong Kong's conservation activities.
