Skins are hand drawn and purely cosmetic, they can be used by typing a certain name into the "nick" box. Each skin requires a unique name to be able to be used.

Players can not use skins in Teams Mode (though, earlier they could) and Experimental Mode, therefore the only mode players can use skins in is FFA Mode.

Users can request skins in reddit.
