An adult male is facing charges following an investigation into a string of mischief incidents that occurred in downtown Regina and the Warehouse District late last year.
Police were called to investigate five separate incidents involving graffiti on businesses in November and early December.
- The first three occurred on November 5, 2021 in the 2100 Block of 11th Avenue, 1800 Block of Hamilton Street and 2000 Block of Broad Street.
- A fourth took place on November 29, 2021 in the 1400 Block of Broad Street.
- The most recent incident happened at a business in the 1800 Block of 11th Avenue on December 10, 2021.
As a result of this investigation, forty-six year old Anthony John BARRY of Regina is charged with:
- 5 x Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)]
BARRY will make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on these charges on February 14, 2022.
