Had to cancel prior order because masks wouldn't work because I have COPD and use oxygen. They canceled order immediately and took charge off my credit card, no questions asked. Received follow up emails right away and they gave me 30% off my next order. They are great!

I had a pair of my leggings stolen out of my suitcase that I had purchased from Brave, in honor of my brother that was a police officer that had passed away unexpectedly. I emailed them and they found my original order and sent me a link to replace my leggings. I had searched for a very long time, and had no luck. I am beyond happy.

Easy purchasing, beautiful photos and easy to navigate website! Wish there were some cheaper/smaller amount of KN95 packs for just a few event like a 5 or 10 pack. We eventually use them all 20 but it takes time and could be nice to not have to pay $50 upfront.

I can't remember when I have had to jump through so many hoops to make a payment, and when the first attempt didn't work I had to do it again. I don't know if that's Brave New Look's problem or the problem with the Covid Masks I ordered, but the whole process took two hours, with periods to pause out of exasperation.

20% off email of 9/5/23 could not be opened. I had to go to internet to enter email name to get into the form and order with the 20% discount. After that, and assuming I receive my correct order, system worked as expected.
