I've completed every quest in the game except for A Mothers Gift, I have the pendant but can't for the life of me find the npc. Ive checked all 3 places the wiki recommends but theres no direct map so i had to guess the location but never found it. the OCD of having 1 last quest in ultimate is killing me lol... any advice

It'sDaila Thornsbury but you need to have complete both the diary quest and the one for her in Malmouth outskirts.
After that she appears just north of the Korvan City rift.

You can actually hand over the pendant in the Malmouth Outskirts and complete the quest right there and then. ;)
Yeah if you did it out of order, otherwise she'll shift over to KC
in such situation, look at stained glass custom portraits or small suncatchers
