Booked a flight and was told it was confirmed, but then they sent nothing more. I called and they said it would be 2-3h. Nothing came. Called again and they claimed they tried to contact me on phone and email - clearly lies. They didn't have the fare - it was a bait and switch to get me to pay a higher fare.

ALERT! This is the horrible flight agency. PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK your flight with this. They're cheater and lier. They ask you at the beginning to leave a good comment for them, so they give you a good price. Then they change your flight and time to give you a cheaper flight without notify you. They are THE WORST flight agency. They don't answer the phone once your flight is booked and they changed it.

Excellent services, Non transparent, and no hassles. Remember when dealing with a flight you must stay in contact with your flight agency. It was easy for a first time ticket buyer, with zero knowledge on how to book a flight. Ticket was issued IMMEDIATELY after a verified credit purchase, so no issue there. They give you a booking number that matches the Airline, and you can see for yourself personally that this agency did not miss anything. Remember it's a flight agency, and you are using a service, and I believe I got what I paid for, thank you Flights Channel!

I bought 6 tickets in May 2023 for a trip in December 2023. Delta cancelled the flight. No one ever informed me. I realised it was cancelled in November because I could not see my flight on Delta's application. Called Flights Channel for a refund right away. They said I should get it in January 2024. Did not get it. As of today, still have not got my refund.

Amazing customer service! Our card didn't go through the first time and they called several times after that to make sure our reservation did not get cancelled and allowed us to call our bank and fix it. Jack Lewis was in touch with us to make sure everything was set before the flight! Highly recommend! :)

Don't buy from Flight Channel, it's a scam!!!
We bought flights through Flight Channel in October 2023. The flight was canceled by Flight Channel because it's a scam they say the airline canceled it, but it's not true because we checked
Today, April 2024, we still HAVEN´T received the refund!
They make you leave a positive review here on Trustpilot so that, according to them, you'll get better seats!

Airline changed my flight and I found it by chance. After contacting Flights Channel, the rep insisted I speak to airline, when airline insisted I speak with Broker (Flight Channel). After escalating to a supervisor Patrick was very helpful and arranged alternative flights and called back to confirm.
