My experience in Hendersonville Highschool was very memorable! I transferred over from an Arts Highschool my senior year, and I was positively shocked by the culture there! The school was very lively, we had amazing pep rallies to hype up the students to come to games. I was an orchestra student. I played the violin and I loved my orchestra class. The students were nice and easy going, and every concert was a blast. Truly I miss everyone there!
One downside I remember was that some students would use the bathrooms located in the main hallway of the school to vape inside, and eat lunch, gossip. This was definitely annoying, not to mention the social media challenge at the time involved stealing soap dispensers, even bathroom doors. Not a good thing to experience, but as long as you avoided that bathroom, school was fine. Also....no fights! At least none that I could remember!

I enjoy going here because staff at the school always ensure that you know what kind of opportunities are available to you. You are sure to have an experience in areas of expertise meant for you which can come in handy when it comes to jobs or scholarships asking for certain skills.
My experience at Hendersonville High School hasn't been the best. The teachers and administration struggle to connect with the students and don't meet the students needs. Bathrooms and classrooms aren't the cleanest.
My experience at Hendersonville High School has been good so far. The food is decent and the school overall is decently clean. We have a lot of kids that vape and our school has made efforts to prevent it. I would like to see a change in the cleanliness of our school. We don’t have many janitors and the floors are often dirty with bits of trash. I will say the janitors we do have make good efforts to help our school. The activities we have at HHS are for everyone. We have a big diversity in what people like and I think HHS has a place for everyone. Hendersonville High School offers a variety of academic programs. Hendersonville High School is a great school because it has excellent teachers and a supportive community. The school offers a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities, providing students with opportunities to explore their interests and develop their skills. The school also has a strong focus on student success and prepares students for their future endeavors.
I have had an excellent experience here at Hendersonville High School. They have definitely prepared me well for college and allowed so many opportunities for me to get ahead on my college credits. The administrators and counselors have been excellent resources as well.
I, personally, feel as if there are lots of opportunities at the school in forms of clubs, academics, sports, extracurriulars, etc. However, I am also the average straight, Christian, white, and english-speaking student. A lot of things have changed about the school over the years, for the better. A lot of things also happen behind the scenes that students aren't necessarily aware of until afterward, and some things are also out of school administators control, but I feel as if not only administators but staff and students could be more accepting of others. However, this is also the world we live in.
I love my school so much but the admins are wack and so are the students. There’s a lot of work and I think we should upgrade a lot of our things
It's amazing. Lots of sports and activities. The classes get you ready for college. The teachers care about the students and their academics.
The teachers were very friendly and pushed me to be a better student. The counselors were super nice and helped me be prepared for college. The athletics were really good but could use more funding.
Most of the teachers are very helpful and stay after school for tutoring or questions. The bathrooms have never been fully functional but the water fountains work.
Hendersonville High School, overall, is a great school. There are many great things about my school such as the resources students have, academic and athletic opportunities, and the many clubs and organizations within the school. The only thing that bothers me is the bathrooms; they are gross and do not work half of the time and I wish the county would give our schools more funding to fix this ongoing problem.
I have seen many great things including the the kindness of students and staff. The kindness shown gives new scholars like me the oportunity to embrace a community that can help me elevate my growth. Things I dont like about the school is the amount of disrespect shown by many scholars. I believe that these actions are not helpful for kids who want to strive later on in college or in the workforce.
Overall it was not a school i would go back to. It had many safety concerns and overall it was very unsafe. Sometimes even the kids can get racist and I don’t think that’s fitting for a place we all came to learn. I also feel like the teachers and staff didn’t really care about this issue. My overall rating of Hendersonville High School is a 3.4/10
Hendersonville High School has great band program that gives students new opportunities through music. They have a wide variety of classes and lots of honors and AP courses. However, the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the student body could be better. We struggle for cafeteria and janitorial staff causing the quality of our facilities and food to decline. The teachers can be a hit or miss when it comes to there ability to teach and connect with students, but I imagine that comes with every school. I have been inspired by some teachers and frustrated by others.
Hendersonville High School is a great place to be. I would only change a few things. These are bathroom monitors are needed, clean bathrooms and better food.
Hendersonville High School is a great suburban high school outside of Nashville. It has all the things you could want for a high school experience.
I was only here for two years but it was some of the best moments in my life, it goes from how the teachers are and how the other students are with you
