Whether you need help with myPATH or you have a tax-specific question, logging in to your profile and sending a message is the quickest way to get assistance with your situation. See Can I send messages to the department? for more information.
Or, you can contact us by calling 717-425-2495 ext: PATH1 (72841) or by emailing myPATH@pa.gov.
Please provide the following information when sending an email to mypath@pa.gov:
1. Your first and last name or business name
2. The last four digits of your SSN or FEIN
3. Your address or business address
4. The reason for your email
Helpful Tips:
  • There are many non-logged in functions that do not require you to create or log in to a myPATH profile. Be sure to check the myPATH homepage to file, pay, check the status of a refund or rebate, and more.
  • Use the 'Forgot username or password?' link on the homepage if you have forgotten your password or need to recover your username.
  • myPATH will lock out if invalid information is entered several times by the same user/device. Please allow 24 hours to be unlocked automatically.
