To get from NWR to New York city center, take the AirTrain from the terminal to Newark Liberty Airport Station, where you can board the NJ Transit to Penn Station. Getting from LaGuardia airport to Manhattan is easiest with the bus - either the M60 or Q70 - which go right to Broadway. All three airports also have dedicated bus shuttle services that passengers can make use of if that is more convenient, which it may be if carrying large quantities of luggage.
