We got to sit in a booth, so even though a small restaurant, it didn't feel crowded. We had lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs - both delicious. With that a red wine, the first one on the list that was just right. The waiters were friendly and attentive even though it was very busy (Mothers' Day) . The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious. We enjoyed seeing the scenery passing by on the big screen, very peaceful. Now we know we have a really good Italian restaurant within walking distance of our new home. You will need a reservation as it fills up quickly.

Really great local spot. Delicious food. Very happy to see they now have wine glasses, and increased number of servers. Highly recommend.

Service is horrendously slow (it wasn’t busy) but the food is delicious enough that I’d still come back. The penne rosina is my favourite pasta dish in the city.

Amazing!!! Truly a cozy and welcoming environment, with a beautiful decor. Felt like being in mamma's dining room! Soft Italian music in the background and images of Italy on a tv. Service was perfect! Food didn't take long but was clearly made fresh. Portions are great and they did not short change me of the seafood in my pasta. This is definitely a restaurant that will not only return to but highly recommend!

The atmosphere was so inviting. The beautiful music in the background people laughing and chatting. The food was spectacular, real authentic Italian food. Bright me back to the days in my mom’s kitchen.

Great food and service was nice as well! I knew Taverniti’s location in Little Italy and it was my go to place in this neighborhood. Super happy with this location as well! Located in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood, easy to access and park for free! Will definitely be back!
