El hombre de mi vida, buster keaton sueño diario con vos.
No hay nada que pueda hacer mal este varón y se sabe. El romance y la acción de esta película son simplemente un equilibrio de todo lo que el cine es. La magia que se transmite en un cine lleno de risas por una película muda es inigualable. Amo todo.
Déjate de joder además esos planos cuando está todo oscuro, no podes hacer todo tan hermoso. Que la fotografía sea así de buena me sorprendió mucho.
Solamente toca sonreír.
Por momentos pensaba en porter, me caí a pedazos. -

For sure a step up from Sherlock, Jr story wise. You can see how much Buster Keaton learned in the two year gap between these movies if you pay attention to what lines he chose to have the title cards for and which ones to not even bother and have the visual storytelling do its thing. In terms of visual storytelling this is one of the best examples of all time, if not the best. I really like the plot here too, it’s simple but the execution is shockingly good for the time period this was released in.

Keaton nos muestra una vez más que el cine es pura magia, no hay otra manera de explicarlo. Esta película lo es, mágica, hipnótica, brillante.
