Boca Beach Club - beautiful location and we had the Sky Deck - view is amazing and the outside deck is incredibly relaxing. Do not miss the spa at the main hotel - the most wonderful outdoor pool for spa goers only - not much more private and relaxing than that. The lobby of the main hotel is really excellent and the restaurants are super. The overall service leaves just a little bit to be desired - everyone is very nice, but it's just not as well-oiled as you would like. But you can't beat the weather in Florida when it's cold in London!

I have been going to the Boca Beach Club for many years, and for the first time, I went with my extended family. I was worried the vacation wouldn't be as relaxing with such a big group, and I could not have been more wrong! The staff made sure everything was in order and that we felt right at home like we always do. Brad Shapiro at the front desk quickly and efficiently took care of all our questions and requests, and Lee and Ginger took great care of us when we were down by the pool and the beach. My whole family had such a lovely vacation!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we we were treated as valued guests, the check in was easy and informative, the rooms are modern comfortable light and airy, the bathrooms have a separate shower as well as bath tub. All the staff are friendly and the service was excellent, specially Joshua at the front desk who personally helped us with our Wi Fi issues, a big thank you to the staff at breakfast who were extremely welcoming, a nice way to start the day. During the week the hotel is a sophisticated resort, at the weekends due to the fact the hotel has outside members is gets very busy, but great for families with lots of activities provided. We look forward to returning.

Great companies and organizations come as a result of great leadership. I cannot say enough about the tremendous leadership of the Resort Manager, Dannielle Shumanski. Her servant heart, her personal care and her hospitality is unlike anything we have experienced at Hilton hotels. Along with her leadership comes Bradley Shapiro (Front Office Manager) who worked out all the details for our stay. When he said he will do something--he did it! Then you add Carmen serving us at the pool/cabana area who did her job with delight. Topping it off was Pierre, singing to us in their restaurant, as we celebrated our 43rd anniversary...what a humble and happy man.
Plus when you get to stay in beautiful rooms, eat luscious foods & drinks, enjoy their pools and then simply walk out to the ocean to their clean beaches it is all so grand. The resort is exquisite, and our ocean view room is worth every penny. The view is breathtaking. Plus spend some time at the main Waldorf too--go by shuttle or by boat taxi--what an amazing facility that is!
We also took part of the pool exercise class each morning--I am still sore (in a good way) but there again they have quality staff doing these roles.

This was our 4th visit in about 7 years. Food is fantastic, beach is great, drinks are phenomenal, but what really makes this a 5 is the staff who are numerous and with few exceptions top notch. A couple that you need to stop and spend some time with are Manuella at the pool/beach bar and Brandon at the pool. I'm pretty certain that Manuella has been working the bar for everyone of our visits. Brandon was working the beach last year but now works poolside. These two are worth the visit alone and probably should be training any staff at any 4 or 5 star club. Freddie is always there with a smile and great service too. It's always the first and last place we go while there. Make sure you try all of the appetizers at Morimoto's at the main resort also. Fantastic resort. Can't wait to go back. Miss it already.

The Boca Beach Club is by far, my family's favorite vacation spot in South Florida. The resort is exquisite, and an ocean view room is worth every penny. The view is breathtaking. The rooms are very nice with high end touches. The spa like bathrooms are beautiful. The staff is phenomenal - that includes the valets, bell hops, front desk staff and housekeeping. The restaurant in the lobby has incredible food. If you have a chance, make a reservation for dinner and wait for outside seating...it's worth the wait. The pool is gorgeous and the poolside service is top notch. You can order drinks and/or food to be delivered to your chaise lounge, or take a break and enjoy outdoor dining in-between two of the three pools. My favorite part of my stay was enjoying the poolside private cabana. There are pool level cabanas which are great if you have small children. We chose an upper level cabana with the most incredible ocean view - even better than our room. We chose this as we do not have small children and the upper level is quieter and had a more serene feel.

This hotel was great for our family on spring break. It was very easy to get to and very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The beach that it sits on is clean. There is an adults only pool as well as a family pool which was nice-the kids all felt like they could splash and play at the family pool without offending anyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The beach was lovely, but the Boca Beach Club hotel felt more like a Doubletree, at best. Internet was weak; the elevators and lobby smelled bad; and the two rooms we booked were nothing special. If you are looking for the real Waldorf Astoria, I suggest you try the sister resort across the inter-coastal, and take the shuttle to the beach at the Boca Beach Club.

We had a wonderful spring break vacation last week (3/26/16 - 4/2/16). It's our 3rd trip to the Beach Club. The service is good, the pool and beach staff are wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. Speaking of the breakfast buffet, I'd like to recognize to people who helped us at breakfast on a few days who made the experience even more enjoyable. They are Alex Costa & Ben (I don't know Ben's last name) at the Seagrille. They were very friendly, brought fresh hot coffee before we could ask for it (including refill and "to-go cups"), and were very nice. Big shout-out for them!

My husband and I took my two daughters to the Boca Beach Club. We had an amazing time! We were impressed by the customer service we received by many staff members. After checking in an intoxicated woman gained access to our room and scared our two daughters! Joshua immediately handled the situation and compensated us for the interruption. Any other hotel would have just apologized. The workout room was my favorite place. Conrad was upbeat and very knowledgeable. I took many classes, which was fun! The kinesis class with Daniel was my favorite. I felt like we used a million towels while we were there, after showers, beach, pool, working out. The housekeepers were sweet and did an impeccable job cleaning the rooms. The Mizner's adventure was a lot of fun for my 12 and 8 yr. olds. The shuttle and boat were fun to take to other resort. Every staff person was sincere and quick to serve and always said, "my pleasure". It was no surprise the staff was this professional after meeting Danielle. Anyone interested in learning the skills needed for hotel/restaurant management should come and learn from this beautiful manager. I noticed her walking around and speaking to guest and her staff, I have not noticed any other hotel managers before.

Although the hotel advertises “No Tips” however we’ve had instances where the tip was accepted but not expected. Some refused to accept the tip and others accepted it with gratitude.
We had a great dinner at the Seagrille. We had a alamari for appetizer, and tuna and snapper for a main.
No free parking. No lounge. May give you a better room.
Chairs and towels are included, but you have to pay for an umbrella. You can’t bring your own.
