Heilwig von der Lippe, also known as Heilwig von Schaumburg was the daughter of Herman II of Lippe and his wife Oda of Tecklenburg.
Heilwig was married to Count Adolf IV of Holstein-Kiel and Scahuenburg. The had at least three children.
On 14 February 1246 Heilwig founded the Cistercian monastery in Herwardeshude.
