Devin D. Ratray was born on the 11th January 1977 in New York USA, into a show business family – Devin is the son of actors Peter Ratray and his wife Ann Willis, and has a brother named Luke Ratray. His father, Peter is best known as George Potter in the TV series “The New People” (1969-1970), while his mother Ann played Jeanette MacDonald in the film “Train Ride to Hollywood” (1975). From an early age, he was introduced to the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, and began acting when he was only nine years old.

However, he still matriculated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in 1994.

Career Beginnings

Devin made his acting debut in the mystery thriller-drama film “Where Are the Children?” in 1986, starring Jill Clayburn, Max Gail, and Harley Cross, and before the decade ended, made a few more on-screen appearances, including in the action-adventure film “The River Pirates” (1988) and in the TV comedy series “Heartland” (1989).
