ADMISSION PROCEDURES

The Online Application for Freshmen and Transferees for SY 2024-2025 is ongoing

Step 1: Create Login Credential

Applicant will provide the email and password to be used to login to the system found on the website,
admission.letranbataan.edu.ph


Step 2: Email Verification and Online Admission Login

A system-generated verification code will be sent to the applicant’s email address to access the login page and online admission.


Step 3: Online application and admission

The student-applicant must accomplish the form upon login.
For Elementary, JHS and SHS

  • LRN number must be provided by the applicant.

Step 4: ONLINE SUBMISSION OF Letran Assessment for Placement(LeAP) REQUIREMENTS

The student-applicant must submit all the requirements to the admissions office via email admissions@letranbataan.edu.ph with the subject, Surname-Level-AY (Basilio-Kinder-2020). See attachment for the list of requirements.

Step 5: VERIFICATION OF SUBMITTED REQUIREMENTS

The admission staff will compile, verify, and print the accomplished online application form and admission requirements for filing.

Step 6: APPROVAL OF Letran Assessment for Placement(LeAP) APPLICATION

The admission staff will approve the verified application. Further instructions on the Letran Assessment for Placement (LeAP) Procedure are sent to the applicant's registered email address.

Step 7: TAKE THE Letran Assessment for Placement (LeAP)

The student-applicant may proceed to the Guidance, Counselling, Testing, and Placement Office (GCTAP) on the scheduled date. Assessment takers are required to bring the copy of their Letran Assessment for Placement (LeAP) Official Receipt together with their submitted school ID for identification.

STEP 8: ACCESS THE RESULT

The student-applicant may check his/her registered email address within 3-5 working days after taking the Letran Assessment for Placement(LeAP).

Step 9: PAYMENT OF PROCESSING/RESERVATION FEE

The student-applicant may have the option to settle the payment for the processing/reservation fee through banks, online banking, or over the counter. The processing/reservation fee is non-refundable and is deductible from the tuition fee. If paid through bank or online banking, the student-applicant must send the proof of payment to the Finance Office via email letranbataan-ar@letranbataan.edu.ph

Step 10: ISSUANCE OF STUDENT NUMBER AND LETRAN E-MAIL ADDRESS

Applicants will be issued with a system-generated student number by the admission staff after the receipt of the verified processing/reservation payment from the Finance Office and an automated Letran email account by the ITSD via email.

Step 11: ACCESS TO THE KNIGHT PORTAL

The student will be given access to the knight portal knight.letranbataan.edu.ph for online enrolment.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
