Nice place to work

Decent pay and staffing. Convenient online scheduling. Ratios were good. Lots of opportunities OT. Never an issue finding supplies. Would definitely work there again.

A complete cluster from the top down. The work culture is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Looking now! Scrutinized for every little thing. Employees are like a bunch of children running to mommy every day... Don't do it!

Meh, just okay

Little room for growth and/or advancement, no raises included in annual evaluations. In the department I was in people did very little work and not held accountable while others did most of the work load. Not a good department balance. Lead could not be bothered with questions or training anyone. Not a hospital to stay long term, use as resume line and leave.

good place to work, nice hospital and community. outpatient process are solid. not sure how all of this would change with pen merger. leadership appears responsive

Not a long term place to work

The hospital is a good place to get your foot in the door to gain basic skills needed to progress in your career. Not a place to stay long term. HR makes it very apparent that they do not represent the needs of the employees. Benefits are provided but they do try to dictate very strictly when they can be used.
