Really enjoyed out stay at Las Olas Beach Club. The unit was was much larger than we expected and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a poolside room which got a little noisy at times but we still enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony. We were told that it is very difficult to get a beachfront room here because the owners usually have those booked or are using them. There are gas grills for use here and washers/dryers in every unit. Location was great too!

We love getting back to Las Olas. Our condo looks out at the Ocean. Nothing is better than starting our day with our morning coffee on the deck looking out all the activity on the beach, whether it is cruise ships setting sail or joggers running up the beach The units are always clean and staff make sure all your needs are meet. Over the years the staff have become like family. We go to Las Olas to unplug from our busy life. We are always sad to leave. Till next year.

We enjoyed this resort due to location on the beach, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and quieter atmosphere due to smaller number of units. We had an ocean view with a soaking tub in the main bedroom, and woke to stunning sunrises. Beach walking was very accessible by a boardwalk and the beach was quiet and clean. Watched a SpaceX launch right from the resort! Roomy 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen and tastefully decorated. Felt right at home and we would love to go back!

Las Olas is a great resort. It sits on the ocean, but there is still quite a walk to the beach. Once at the beach, there is a small hill you must descend to get to the water. Going down the hill is fine, climbing up that omg hot brown sand wasn’t as much fun. The resort offers surf lessons, which tells you the water there isn’t calm. The pool had an obvious film on the water the first day we were there. Day four when we went back it was clean. The room and balcony was very spacious. We had 2bdrm room 42. It was pool facing (we were told multiple times RCI members don’t get ocean view rooms and can’t return but once every 4yrs) the 2bdrm had a bonus tv room with 2 chairs and a small tv and table. Would be great to have a separate sitting area if you had kids or another couple with you. The unit must be seldom used. Smelled very musty, had a layer of dust on some furniture. Hard floor throughout unit except bdrms. Master bdrm carpet was dirty, bathroom fan is ridiculously loud, kitchen cabinets were sticky. The quirky The resort hands everyone a piece of paper with the first and last names of the people in the unit, where they are from, their unit number and if they own or rent…invasion of privacy! There are signs up telling you not to discuss vaccination status or ask anyone about wearing a mask. They keep telling you how exclusive they are, while trying to sell you a timeshare.

Units were dated but very roomy. The location was great since they were beach side and many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Staff was very nice and we felt relatively safe during the pandemic.. However, unless you are an owner you will not get an ocean view room in the winter. The other units look over the pool and street. You can hear people's conversations from the balcony .Maintenance work that was very noisy ruined a couple of days. Wished we would have known the times before hand so not to be in the unit. Also, there were a few things like lights out or a couple of TV's not working that we told maintenance about but requested that they take care of them after we left due to Covid. Reception told us that was no problem, but they came anyway. There are nice golf courses nearby and wetlands to explore. Due to Covid many things were closed, but we didn't care since we were going for a change of scenery and cooked in or took picnics to the park.

We did a time share exchange here w/ great results. Met the mgr Lani on day 1 at the pool as we waited for our room to be cleaned. Super friendly and helpful guy. Resort is older and small w/28 rooms;16 in one bldg facing the ocean the remaining rooms have a nice poolside view. Facility is very clean w/outstanding Covid procedures. We had the 2nd floor poolside room adjacent to the parking lot. Room was 1600 sq ft. Huge. We used the pool and hot tub but spent most days on the beach which is a short walk. The small staff is very friendly and accommodating. Owners park in a covered garage; other guests outside. The Pier is also a short walk along w/a plethora of restaurants nearby. We did see 2 black tip sharks in the surf close to the beach twice. The internet went out for an evening and morning; leadership advised a switch in ISPs is likely. I golfed at Patrick AFB (20 min drive), however, only ID holders are allowed on base now. Golf course closes at 1200 daily (covid). Front 9 reopened on 12 Aug w/new pas pollum fairways. All greens are pas pollum. No rental pull carts available (covid). Tee times recommended even as a single. My family enjoyed Las Olas so much we plan a return in Dec. Thx Lani and staff for a great relaxing holiday.

We stayed at the Las Olas Beach Club the last week of April and really enjoyed our stay. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and willing to assist with anything you needed. The one bedroom unit was very clean and spacious. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the pier. We would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Las Olas Beach Club is the best kept secret in Cocoa Beach. Right on the ocean and only 28 units. The units are very large, very well appointed, very well maintained and very comfortable with large balconies. The staff are helpful and friendly. We watched a space shuttle return right from our balcony.

Where do you begin when you have to write a review from the heart. Our family has been staying at Las Olas for decades. The owners .... Original by the way.... Make the stay a pleasant, Memorable experience for all from infant to senior. The Ocean view rooms. The Pool, Activities. The amenities each room has to offer all great by anyone's standards, But what makes a vacation unique , What really ingrains the experience in our minds is the people you share them with. We have been sharing them with the Owners and the staff as well as the other guests who by the way have become some of the absolute best Long distant friends one could ever have. Look you can stay anywhere with a room and a bed but I can guarantee you will not experience the warmth and hospitality that is extended to all at this facility.I am an owner and will continue to be so and pass this down to the kids in our later years but for now we look so forward to our time at Las Olas we start planning and coordinating with other members months in advance. Family is what memories are made from and Family is what we have all become at the Best Resort in Cocoa Beach, Fla. Come enjoy the atmosphere and see what this family owned and operated resort can do to help make a life time of Memories for you.

Every resort should be this nice. literally right on the beach with perfect sand. The most comfortable bed of any resort we've visited in over 25 years. The one bedroom was huge at over 1,600 sq ft with two bathrooms. The cleanliness and maintenance of the unit and property were clearly visible and top of the line. To give a final idea of how perfect it is, we bought two weeks so that we can return year after year. My wife and I recommend this resort unconditionally.
