Perrin served 35 years in the Arizona Athletics department, touching four decades of Wildcat student-athletes and administrators and covering 20 of the school's 22 team NCAA Championships. As the department's chief financial officer he grew Arizona's budget from $6 million to $70 million and oversaw the business, facilities, and event management departments. During Perrin's tenure every sport saw upgrades to their venues or enjoyed brand new facilities being constructed to enhance their competitiveness in an evolving collegiate sports landscape.
