Sales of Other Companies’ Products or Services
Neither Allegiant Vacations nor Allegiant Air assume any responsibility for any products or services to be provided by any other party. This exclusion of responsibility would apply to Sunseeker Florida, Inc., Enterprise Rent a Car and its affiliates and to any other hotel or service provider whose products or services are purchased through Allegiant Air, Allegiant Vacations or their websites.

Hotels - the following rules apply:

Allegiant Vacations, LLC (“Allegiant Vacations”), an Allegiant Air Affiliate, has pre-negotiated certain nightly room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of your hotel reservations through Allegiant Vacations. The hotel bookings are made by Allegiant Vacations with the hotel on behalf of the customer and include amounts paid by Allegiant Vacations to the hotel as well as compensation retained by Allegiant Vacations for its facilitation services.  The amounts you are charged also include tax recovery charges. Taxes are calculated based on the applicable hotel/room tax rate in the location of your hotel.  Some jurisdictions apply their tax only to the portion of the room charge received by the hotel, while other jurisdictions apply their tax to the full amount you pay, which includes our compensation for our services.  Tax recovery charges include the amount we pay to the hotel for taxes including, but not limited to, sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value added tax and/or other similar taxes.  In many jurisdictions, the hotel vendor remits these taxes to the taxing authorities.   In other jurisdictions, Allegiant Vacations may be responsible for remitting the taxes it has collected to the taxing authorities.

Allegiant Vacations has made your hotel reservation for you under Allegiant's contract with the hotel.  Any changes to your reservation must be made through Allegiant. Upon check-in at your hotel, you will be required to present a credit card for your incidental charges. Only your room and room tax have been paid for as part of your reservation. All other charges are your responsibility. NOTE: There must be one adult staying in each room. Check-in age varies by hotel. Some hotels may charge a mandatory resort fee at the time of check-in that is solely the responsibility of the guest. The resort fee is not included in the price collected by Allegiant and is charged solely by the hotels to offer guests added value during their stay. Examples of these fees include resort fees, spa fees, parking, daily fees, energy surcharges, phone charges and/or gratuities. Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel Only Bookings: Changes to reservations are not permitted within 24 hours of the check-in date and a refund or credit will not be issued for late changes. The reference time used for our cancellation policy regarding hotel reservations is 12:00 AM midnight, pacific time (PT). Hotel reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the check-in date of your stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to the check-in date of your stay will receive a refund minus the charge for the first night hotel stay and applicable taxes and fees.  No name changes on the reservation are permitted.  Minimum check-in age varies by hotel property.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel Packages: Cancellations made for hotel packages are non-refundable.

Auto Rentals - the following rules apply:

Car rental taxes, surcharges and fees are not part of your package price and will be collected directly by the rental car agent at time of auto rental pick up. These fees are common to all rental car companies and are based on car size and season. Fees may include Concession Recoupment Fee, Surcharge/Tire Battery Fee, License Recoupment Fee, state tax, and drop fee.

Acceptance of change in rental is subject to vehicle availability. Customer is responsible for any increase in rental rate.

After a rented vehicle is picked up, any changes (e.g., extending the rental dates) must be made through the rental car company directly. If you drop off your auto rental early, no credit or refund will be issued. If you do not show up for your scheduled auto rental pick-up or cancel within the specified cancellation window prior to your scheduled pick-up time, your entire auto rental payment will be forfeited.

Drivers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the rental. Drivers age 21-24 may be charged an underage rental fee per day at time of rental pickup.

All renters are required to have a clean driving record, a valid major credit card and a valid driver's license in the name of the renter at the time of rental. A passport is required for all non-U.S. citizens. Most rental car pick-up locations accept only credit cards and do not accept debit card or check cards (meaning any non-credit card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo) or gift or prepaid cards, and the locations that do accept these forms of payment will require proof of round-trip travel such as an airline ticket or cruise confirmation.
