Flew back on one of the new A321 Neos last night. Probably by far the most uncomfortable seat of any airline I've ever flown with. There's a bar across the seat bottom which gives the seat support. Unfortunately the seat padding is insufficient to stop this bar preventing you from sitting comfortably. We flew out on an olderboing 757, much better and more leg room. Had a great flight home. The flight was delayed for one hour. The captain of the aircraft took time to appologise and explain the delay. Captain Small also took time to go through the progress of the flight home. As we left the aircraft once again Captain Small came out of the cockpit to say goodbye to the passengers. I flew from Fuereventura in December 2023 and it was Captain Small who flew us home and again he took time to go through the flight and also came out of the cockpit to say goodbye to the passengers as they left the aircraft.…

Very poor again as they missed there. Booking slot due to being so late in organising the plane and passengers . This is the third flight in a row this has now happened and is becoming the usual with Jet 2 flight 6.50 am and still loading passengers ( drunk golfers) at 6.45. Joke of an airline…

excellent service on the Ls 1256 from Kos to Birmingham. such upbeat team and full of energy despite doing the home run after flying out first of all. The plane was well stocked with snacks and food, and the flight was pleasant. In the resort Elsie was a great rep who came into the hotel and the flight out was ok but it was these two that made the journey special. Even our bags came out quickly the other end. I have to admit for Europe tops Jet2 are still our number one travel company. we did have some hotel issues which we spoke to elsie about. see that review if you want to know more.…
