Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exelent location Exelent location, just couple blocks avay Las Vegas strip. Rooms should be renovated. But this hotel is quite and rather cheap!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for The staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were noisy and you can hear conversations in the next room and hallways like they were in the same room. The rooms were somewhat nice, however, there is no coffee machine, microwave, etc and the carpets are disgusting. They do not offer hot water for tea or coffee outside the three hour breakfast time. The breakfast, while appreciated, consisted of toast, frozen toaster waffles and hard boiled eggs. No milk, juice or anything else. If you want to eat in your room, they want to charge you $10 to remove the food from the breakfast area. You would think with all of the extra fees for things, they would take better care of the place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from One night at Fortune Hotels and Suites This is the first place ever I had to pay for checking in early (1;30pm instead of 3:00 pm) despite the fact that the room was available. Well, the first one they sent me to hadn't been cleaned yet, so they assigned me another room. That room was spacious, had microwave and fridge and a noisy air conditioning which would leak water. Apparently management was aware of this as a bucket had been placed in a strategic position. There is quite a bit of walking distance to the Strip, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but with temperatures of 109 degrees it is rather unpleasant. Breakfast was included, but offerings were poorer than what you normally get. On the plus side, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from We've learned our lesson the hard way! This hotel was a big mistake on our part. Thought it would be ok for a short stay while attending a convention. Arrived and checked in with no problems. Tried to access building 2 where our room was. The door uses a keycard lock that didn't work. Called front desk, told us to try door on other side of building. Finally got into room. Not at all like in the description photos! 1) TV's were out of the 80's, old screen format box type. Haven't seen these in a long time 2)Bugs bugs and more bugs!!! In bathroom, shower, ceiling, mirror, even found one in bed. Photos attached... 3)Tables and fixtures badly need replacement, hair dryer ripped off wall and laying on counter 4)NO HOT WATER! Reported but wasn't repaired till following day 5)Pillows were like pancakes, suggest you bring your own if you must stay here 6)No tissues, again suggest you bring your own 7)Only 1 ice machine per building, location not shown anywhere-had to ask maid. 8)Non smoking but burn in one of the chairs. Took photos to show desk, was afraid we would be charged for damages. After bringing some of the bugs to the front desk they agreed to move us to another room in building 1. This was an improvement (no bugs and hot water) so we finished our stay for 2 nights. Please please please read other reviews before booking this place! We will never return, will pay a little more next time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Las Vegas Going to keep this short and sweet and this is a PSA to future guests at this hotel.. I will never stay in this hotel for the following reasons and these are the issues I had with the Fortune Hotel and Suites. 1. Continental breakfast? I think people in prison get fed better food! Pre made pancakes and waffles that tasted like cardboard and Tang.. not even orange juice but the powdered stuff you mix with water. 2. There were sugar ants and fruit flies in the room. 3. Beware if you use a credit card for resort fee and incidentals: they will charge your card without your authorization, permission or even without notifying you what for and for how much! BEWARE!! To the managers credit, he did hear me out on my issues and did his best to make things right and we were able to come to a conclusion that made both parties happy. 4. They advertise a free shuttle to and from the airport, upon arriving at McCarren, I called to request the shuttle and there was no answer. After trying them 5 times I finally gave up and took a cab. I get to the hotel and they wouldn’t reemburse for cab fare and the receptionist claimed the phones were down. Two minutes into check in the phone rings and she picks up and answers a customer call.. 5. The mattresses had stains on them and were disgusting to say the least. I had a great trip regardless of my bad hotel experience but I will NEVER stay here again. It’s worth it to pay a little extra for comfort and a room with no bugs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This place was right out of 1975 Looks nothing like any pictures. It was dirty, it stunk and there were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. The rusted fixtures were only out done by the dirt caked on them. I will be going to the parent company about them. At check-in all they were interested was getting your deposit. Damage would have been an improvement at the rat hole.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value, nice room Mid-size hotel only two blocks from the strip, but room rates are very inexpensive in comparison. Walking distance to Silver Sevens (5 min), a little longer to Bally's/Paris (15 min). Has a nice pool with hot tub, spacious lobby, plenty of parking, easy exit/entry. Only slight negative is the breakfast is very skimpy, might prefer to eat at a nearby restaurant. Otherwise it rates a thumbs-up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent location at best price Stayed here for 3 days..Don't have very high expectations , it's at nice location , walkable distance from strip , not very clean but average rooms and services. If you want to enjoy Vegas and just have to come for relax at hotel then definitely recommended. If you want luxury then it's not choice for you.. I liked it overall.
