This hotel is in Rome very near the Trevi Fountain and 5 min walk to the Spanish Steps. Ciao Tours from BC Canada did our tour and the owners of this hotel also have one in Florence. Nice place with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Being in the middle of everything really saves time on these tours. The only thing I get upset about is the quality of the pillows. Everything else was fine.

The location of the hotel was very good, central to everything. The room was a bit on the small side, which is to be expected, but it was very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast as the food was good and there was plenty. Our biggest disappointment was the overall lack of friendliness. With the exception of the bellhop and cleaning staff, everyone else was very cold, especially the front desk staff. Location is one thing, but when you stay in a nice hotel, you certainly should feel welcomed and we did not.

We were very disappointed with some aspects of this hotel. We deliberately booked into it a sit said it had access for disabled travellers but found this not to be so. Also their service was not up to the mark. When we booked I stated that we were arriving very early in the morning after a long flight from New Zealand. We did not expect the room to be ready but we did not expect that they had already toldthe previous occupants they could have a late check out. We were told we would have to wait until 2pm for a room! But they could offer us another room on the fifth floor. I specifically asked if it had disabled access and was assured it did . The room was small but they are all small here. The shower was not a walk in shower but rather a step up and climb and squeeze in shower. Once you were in it you could not move it was so tiny. The toilet was far too low for disabled access. However the room was very clean. The Tv did not work and we had to call the maintenance people several times to get it to work. Each time we were assured they would come at once but it took over an hour. The wifi in this hotel may be free but it is usseless on the fifth floor- do not book in if you want access, even in their own internet service on the ground floor it constantly cut out. The one good thing I like about this place was their generous and tasty breakfast. i thought this was extremely good value

Just back from a first time visit to Rome staying here. Overall a great experience with pluses being, friendly, genuinely smiling staff, the location, a comfy bed in a spacious room, clean, some good eating places nearby and a nice little area to sit on the roof.

Small minuses - could be noisy if you are not a great sleeper, pillow was a bit hard (for me!) and coffee at breakfast was not to Italian standard, so I skipped that. But no hesitation in returning or recommending.

Just returned from our second trip to Rome. Chose the delle Nazioni from the endless list for its location close to the Trevi Fountain and other facilities. We were impressed immediately on arrival. Staff were very friendly, especially the porter who couldn't do enough to help us - he was excellent. Hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Impressed by the speed with which two minor problems in the room were resolved. Location is excellent: Trevi on the doorstep and other major attractions within easy walking distance, including Vatican. Breakfast a little disappointing - very chaotic as everything is self-service. Not a major problem, but other 4* in Rome & Italy offer waiter servicefor tea/coffee to allow one to settle in before attacking the buffet. Also would expect "fresh" fruit selection to be just that, and not tinned fruit - not quite in keeping with hotel of this status. Otherwise, totally satisfied, and would recommend to other travellers.

Great central location which allows you to walk anywhere in Rome. Only feet from the Trevi Fountain making it easy to find your way back to. Room and hotel clean and tidy and while wifi only worked in lobby this did not detract from the stay. Despite some concerning reviews on trip advisor we found all the staff very helpful and approachable. Would happily stay here again and would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Beds are hard, water not very hot for showers, breakfast good. Concierge very helpful. Wifi only in hotel Lobby needed to log in with password every time. Don't bother updating to junior suite, can gave a king bed in cheaper room

A clean and well-run hotel where the staff really take care of the guests. Although room was with the view to the next building wall it was a good size room for the European standard and with good bathroom with bath/shower. And when you have a Trevi Fountain at your door steps literally, who cares about the room view. This time we were able to find a time space where fountain was almost empty and had a great pictures (tips: go there at 8 a.m. it pretty empty and have a great pictures). Location is perfect for everything. We walked almost to every main attractions: Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Plazza Navona, etc. Taxi rank just outside the hotel but hotel staff can call you taxi anytime from the reception so you don't need to step outside until taxi is at the door. We took taxi to Vatican but then decided to walk back to see around and hotel was not far at all. Not to mention the main shopping street is around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was not that great, not much variety and could be tastier. Overall would definitely stay there again, good value for money and location could not be bitten.

Rooms are a bit cramped, but I didn’t need a lot of space to do what I needed to do. Beds were comfy or perhaps it was just the tiredness of doing a lot in a few days. Recommend this hotel!
