Excellent Product and Warranty

We purchased 3 window shades from 3 Day Blinds back in June, 2006. They have been beautiful and continued to work flawlessly until one little part on one broke this year. Thinking that 17 years was pretty good anyway, but we wanted to try to repair it. We contacted them for a replacement part. Since there were none, they agreed to a full and FREE replacement of the entire shade!! Thanks goes to their warranty service department and especially the local representative who came out to evaluate our situation and make a recommendation for the replacement shade. They even had a professional installer come out and install the new shade. We have never had a lifetime warranty honored so professionally at any time before!

So happy with experience

From the very first visit with Marge Cunningham all the way to the installation…great experience. Marge even came on installation day to ensure all was good to go and clean since we could not be there. Shutters look amazing!!

Great style for value-- as well as the installer!

We were 'wowed' with the value and style here for the price -- loved working with Kristen, she knew exactly what we wanted, no need to 2nd 3rd trip back to finalize our choices. pricing excellent. love the installer too. we went with a combination of manual, battery operated shades and cords where we just didnt want to deal w remotes and so happy that she accommodated all of our requests quickly and easily. Love the installers, wonderful!! all in - great experience - highly recommend.
