NO CHEATS JAG WF but:

*Map editor (using Stracciatella port as map editor) - mostly recommend to place some x-ray detector, many batteries for x-ray detector and some medkits (medkits costs 5000$ forcing you to do a hardcore savescum without getting hits since you will not buy medkits anyway)
*Character editor (PROEDIT2.exe, file Prof.dat and ja2pal.dat extracted from BinaryData.slf). You can set 100 stats, 10 experience level and remove what teammate merc hates. Even with 100 stats and 10 experience level without using saves it will be still hard. But you have a great chance to intterupt enemy turn, so you don't need to do a hardcore savescum.
