Extremely disappointed in the Hive. We eat there every trip, but I think this was our last! Everyone around us, ordered much later than we did & got their food way before ours. When food finally came. My food was cold. It was not good cold! Very disappointed. The room was comfortable, but hard to get much rest with the party going on next door. It would of been nice to know we had no TV, so we could have planned accordingly. Overall pretty disappointed for the price paid.

Our stay was after the Tornado touched down. The employees were a little upset. We were disappointed the television didn't work and the limited menu in the restaurant. We did have dinner and the food was excellent. The service was disappointing.

The experience with the hotel was wonderful. The problem was not with the hotel but the weather. We arrived just after the tornado and the area was in shambles. We arrived at the hotel after they lost electricity and therefore internet. We couldn’t register, the restaurant was closed but the staff was gracious and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. There were cold water bottles, cookies and oranges available. But there was no place to go since the town was without electricity. We did go to an open lunch spot, The Buttered , and the wait was understandable in view of the blackout. During our 2 1/2 day stay, the staff bent over backwards to help us be comfortable and happy. The onsite museum was interesting and thought provoking. Some of the art exciting. The dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The bar made some wonderful drinks. Highly recommended.

I needed a place to stay right after the extreme weather hit NWA and called 21 C to see if I could get an early check in - the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and said I could check in hours before the official check in time. The team at the Hive, Front Desk, staff in housekeeping all were amazing.
