One of the best you can get relatively early (as in not end game) is the Seed Conqueror from the final area of the forest outside your HQ. It’s one of the first three star ones you can get access to (though I saw someone claim they got a three star from an enemy in The Proving Grounds, but I’m not sure which one they’re talking about since I don’t see it in my Bestiary)
this is pawn demon from the room the little tree guy climbs in the hole, only area i could get the demon to spawn in. really good star ranked top early on

its one of the last rooms in the dungeon you need to go through to get to the boss room, i think its the back left entrance. it will be very small and just have the spot tree boy crawled through, monster attract charm works great there

You get stronger Beigomas from defeating enemies in battles. I had picked up several new ones about a hour or two after unlocking the mini game
I waited until near the end of the game before messing with Beigoma. You really don't stand a good chance to complete the recruitment questline, unless you time everything perfectly, without some of the Beigomas from one of the end-game dungeons (the turtle one )
Where is that exactly? Don't mind being spoiled, just want to get 3/4 stars beigomas
