We stopped and had dinner. Dinner was average. I had the special for the night which was swordfish which was on the bland side. My husband had hamburger wagyu was ok. He also had beer and he felt the beer was flat and if you’re microbrewery it shouldn’t be. So I would say this place is just average.

I ate here on a Thursday afternoon and ordered the tropical chicken sandwich with the pasta salad as a side and the Maverick I.P.A. the sandwich was really good, the pasta salad was decent and the I.P.A. was OK. Enjoyed the setting, even with the rooster that stared at me the whole time I ate my chicken sandwich.

Loved our first visit to First Flight. It isn’t your typical brewery, with nothing but bar food. They have a lovely varied menu with great selections, but of course there are burgers. There were five of us and we all enjoyed our meals. They also had a nice selection of beer and wine. The outside garden setting is very lovely. We were there at dusk when the lights started to come on and everyone commented on the ambience.

Located at the birth place of Pan Am airlines...what a fun, lively, and beautifully unique restaurant and brewery. Absolutely loved the beer! My girlfriend and I were beyond food coma bliss with the AWESOME menu offerings. Definitely had some of the best food we encountered on Key West! Polite, responsive, and helpful wait staff. A “must” place to visit on Key West!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner!! The food was great, the drinks were great, the atmosphere was so very nice. Our server was Lexi assisting her was Georgio, they were outstanding!! Had a drink at the bar after dinner, Chris and Chris were the bartenders! Had an amazing experience. Highly recommend First Flight!!!

The lunch menu offers a good variety of reasonably priced items. I had the Fish & Chips which were beer battered, but not heavy. The fish was Mahi Mahi and was light and not greasy. The lemon caper tarter sauce is tangy, but I prefer malt vinegar. The taps were not working, but there were several bottle offerings. The outside setting was quaint and cool. Common to Key West is free range roosters and there were some in the garden area where we ate. They were harmless! Our waiter was efficient and attentive. My meal was $15 and a Stella Artois was $6. I was with three other people and they all complemented their food. With so many restaurant choices it's hard to pick, but this is worth finding!

We hosted an afternoon luncheon at First Flight following our wedding ceremony at the Audubon House. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Jackie and the staff. We mostly planned our wedding remotely and Jackie provided constant communication leading up the event. She also fulfilled all of our menu and drink requests (including adding stone crab claws to the raw bar!). The drinks were delicious and our guests loved all of the food. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

My adult son and I enjoyed our lunch here. Live music was very enjoyable. Great service. I loved the patio dining.....complete with a rooster walking around our table.

A docent said this might be worth a try, it was under new ownership. We had fish tacos and s flatbread, all good. Had the microbrew beer, also good. Good service. Live music at lunch, which was good, but some kind of hillbilly music right across the street was annoying. Loved the patio!

We just got married in Key West, we had our dinner reception at First Flight on their upper patio deck. This was our first time to Frist Flight, we went off of reviews we found online. We had the perfect venue for our group. It was a beautiful evening in Key West, the café lights, the open air, the history of the building all lent themselves to our perfect dinner reception. While some people would be turned off, there was another wedding reception downstairs while our event was going on. I think it added to the charm of the night. Knowing that we were not the only people celebrating our love at this venue added something to the night. We chose a sit down dinner for our friends and family, the food was delicious, the craft beers were wonderful and the Key Lime Pie with the oreo crust was amazing. Having never been to First Flight before, and not knowing what to expect food wise, service wise, beer wise, our expectations were met and exceeded. If you are looking for a place to host an small dinner party, this is an amazing place.

Service was quick but as soon as was at table with menu they moved me to a different table due to a party arriving in 90 mins a I was finished in under an hour so it was pointless and bit like Faulty Towers ,,,,,,
Beer was good (Maverick ipa ) Burger was tasty The Key lime pie was amazing My table was in garden it was like jungle including animals t
The building needs a major revamp esp painting .

We were doing the walking and museums today. Tired feet... stopped for lunch.
We ordered the chicken, pineapple, avocado sandwich with fries. My husband liked it...me, not so much. There were some interesting choices on the menu.
Live music....good selection of songs.

First Flight is a very fun place. Our bartender Matt was the second best bartender we have ever had (This is a joke. Matt said being second best is worse than being called the worst bartender.) Happy hour is from 4:00-6:00 and it offers good discounted food and drinks - we had the deviled eggs and chicken wings. They serve their beer and beer from other local breweries.

We walked all around and off of Duval St toward Mallory Square and fround this gem hidden in a neighborhood. Nice place! Live music! Nice restaurant attached. Head on in and try their brew! They also serve cocktails.
