When Mark Thomas opened his practice in 1927, he single-handedly offered civil engineering and land surveying, supporting land development projects. From 1927 until after World War II, Thomas maintained a solo practice; in 1947 he hired Aldo Savio as a partner, beginning the company’s steady growth. Since then, we have grown and evolved to meet the needs of our clients and communities throughout California.
