Alastor decides quite young that if he is to go to hell for not having some water splashed on his head as an infant, then he might as well go there for a more interesting reason. Of course, at this time his intended offenses are swearing, rebelliousness, and overall being a fidgety and uncompromising child. The murders come much later.

Alastor always had something to hide; His unsavory deer features, his month-long yearly ruts, his missing soul, and his status as a carrier. They were all easy enough to hide, his antlers were kept small enough to go mostly noticeable, his ears blended with his hair fairly well and were kept as still as possible. His hooves, hidden in shoes, much like how he hid his tail under his pants and coat. Any fur was covered in the same manner.
His ruts were never an issue. He merely got territorial, but who would question a few extra murders each year?
As for his soul, nobody needed to know that Alastor was kept on a leash.His unwanted womb? Nobody would ever know about it, even if it killed him. He was infertile anyway, he reasoned.

He loved seeing just how giddy the king could get. He opened his mouth, ready to bite his hand so he could draw blood. Lucifer held the knife over the palm of his hand, rather than his wrist. No need for bad memories to be dredged up.
The blonde looked to the redhead, seeing if he was ready. “On three, we draw blood and empty it into the jar, okay?” Luci asked. “Whatever you say, Lulu,” Alastor responded in a low yet sweet tone. The golden blush appeared on Lucifer's face and he shook his head.

TLDR because I can't make summaries: Vox kidnaps Alastor after the battle with Adam. He uses his hypnosis to coax Alastor into loving him. And while this happens, the hotel finds, shockingly, they care about him, so they go to try and find out where the hell he’s disappeared off to again.
