R1 : spiderman is way faster , stronger and durable than batman , and unlike other meta humans that batman have beaten spiderman doesn't have an obvious weakness that batman could exploit .
R2 : While both are geniuses batman have a lot more money and stuff , i think he wins . ( i only count both spiderman and Batman ressourses so spiderman can't go ask Tony stark for a suit of armor and Batman can't ask Superman to borrow Kryptonian tech )
R3 : 2 hours of prep is enough for batman to use the Hellbat suit ( he wouldn't without being bloodlusted ) , i don't think Spiderman could get a significant power boost to match the hellbat in 2 hours .
Spider-man all rounds, the only close round is R2, but Spidey is also a genius and good with prepping.
Spider-Man is stronger, more durable, more skillful and especially much too fast (== superior agility / also helped by Spider-Sense) for Batman, so Spidey stomps.
Who else but only Spider-Man could possibly hope to fight Wolverine, Colossus and more X-Men simultaneously and make them look like incompetent scrubs !? There's no way I could imagine Batman accomplishing a "skill" feat like that.
Spidey stomps , all three rounds, even more so if he gets prep / help from Tony Stark.

Justice League in your example was obviously handicapped by Plot Induced Stupidity .
Under normal conditions Diana and Flash (normal conditions = the author didn't forget about their powers) would blitz Batman, too.
To be completely fair, the Old comic against the Xmen was also fairly stupid for plot, the old Spidey comics had a lot of variation on his abilities.
The Xmen are generally a very skilled team together and a few of the mutants individually could beat Spider-man in that team. That comic had them bumbling mess of shit.
Tbh the way the fight sent I see it happening. Xavier was sneaked attacked, if storm couldn't use her powers to her full extent no one there can really tag spidey if he tried, and he didn't straight up beat him. Than as as soon as Xavier got up he mindwiped pete
The author just made Batman play creative mode while the others are in survival. Clearly the guy who made this doesn't know DC Superheroes.
