In the late 1970s and early 1980s, he starred in films including ‘Magic’, ‘The Elephant Man’, ‘A Change of Seasons’, ‘The Bounty, and ‘’Bram Stoker’s Dracula’. Most recently, he has played Pope Benedict XVI in the 2019 film ‘The Two Popes’ and Anthony in the 2020 film ‘The Father. Although he is now in his early 80s, Anthony Hopkins continues to act, and he has expressed no desire to retire from his career in the entertainment industry.
