Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Dimitris LSydney, Australia48,685 contributionsThe Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan is a huge area, in southwest Sydney, of native plants, trees, bushes, animals, birds and more. It’s a wonderful place to visit and learn about and see so much beauty. There is a large building, The Plant Bank which is a laboratory where they do research, conservation and preservation. There is a huge range and variety of thousands of plants and trees and the eye just cannot get enough. There are several lakes, open parks and picnic grounds with barbecue facilities, as well as a Café and Visitor Centre. Visitors can take walks along the many pathways, or use the mountain bike trail, or go bird watching. There are also guided tours led by some lovely volunteers who provide some incredibly interesting information. A fantastic place to visit.Written 27 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Megan CSydney, Australia386 contributionsGreat views. Drove out here whilst in Camden and it was quiet when we were there so it was lovely to take in the views and surrounds. - mrdom7,524 contributionsGreat old park stretching up to the top of the ridge, so good winds and views at the top. Big old trees, well kept lawns, pavilions and statues, and lots of roses this time of year. Slightly protected from the car-dominated centre of Camden.Written 27 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - mrdom7,524 contributionsTypically Australian town museum but done very well. Lots of info and relics, more interesting and better presented than usual, and more extensive impartial stuff on early relations with the Aborigines. Free entry and very helpful staff.Written 27 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
