I had your fish and chips. Fish was high in quality and was crispy outside and tender inside. You have this wonderful dill dipping sauce that I used with the fries and the fish. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went here for my Birthday celebration. I ordered the Jalapeño Mac and Cheese with garlic toast. Plus, we had Lettuce boats as an appetizer. The meal was delicious. Second time at State & Main. I went with a group of 6 other ladies. We all enjoyed our food and drinks very much. The service was good and quick. It is a bit loud in there as there are TV's playing and loud music as well. It can make it a bit more difficult to have a quiet conversation, but overall, the atmosphere is still great. Since we were a bigger group, we were sitting on a long table, but we were all sitting on the same side of the table on a bench. It made it difficult to have a conversation with the other ladies who were sitting at the other extremity of the table. The only thing I would suggest is to rethink that sitting. It would have been better if we were all sitting all around the table.
