We booked Milton Boutique Hotel after reading all the great reviews, and it definitely met expectations! It’s quite unique and charming, and the welcome tour by Davide was very interesting. Davide is a wonderful host and I really don’t know where he gets his energy from as he was present at the beginning of every day and still there at the end. He is well supported by the staff in the Terrace Bar and in the restaurant, and as always seems to be the case, the cleaning lady was always cheerful and very polite.
The resort is a mixed bag - there are some nice shops selling nice things next to shops selling complete rubbish next to amusement arcades that are reminiscent of Skegness. The seafront promenade is dull and lined by grey hotels which serve to further highlight what a delightfully pretty hotel the Milton is (people stop to take photos!) and how good is its location, being set back a couple of streets. The street is mostly pedestrianised in the evenings, however your life is still at risk due to the fast moving cycles, scooters and those pedalling things. The bars in the evenings are ok (but not salubrious), and we found some live music on a couple of occasions. The most comfortable and nicest place to sit however was always the Terrace Bar. The beach is nice - soft sand and shallow warm sea. Having sun beds on the beach is a definite benefit, although the hotel’s pool is lovely and there were always sun beds available.
Getting to Venice is reasonably easy - the hotel will give information on what to do. BUT if they are still saying it is bus number 5 at bus stop 38, this is incorrect. Bus number 5 will go straight past you at bus stop 38 because it only stops at bus stop 39. You then have to walk down the road to 39 and have a very annoying wait of 30 minutes for the next bus. A good tip for Venice is buying the slightly more expensive day ticket which allows you to hop on and off the Vaporetti - we really enjoyed a trip along the Grand Canal in this way.
We also took Jet2’s trip to Verona and Lake Garda. It was a good day out but not really enough time to do anything in Verona. The queue for the Arena was too long, and by the time we had found out that it was possible to go up the bell tower, it was too late.
All in all, we had a really lovely holiday and loved the Milton. Would we go back . . if the Milton was in a nicer resort, then yes, but as it is, we wouldn’t return to that resort.

Thank you very much for the beautiful compliments. I am glad you enjoyed the small presentation tour that I usually give to all new guests to explain the history of our hotel and all the collectibles and plants in our hotel. We hope to have you as our welcome guests soon! Davide

Anyone visiting this hotel really is really in for the most unforgettable, beautiful and relaxing holiday.

After having trouble with flights via easyJet, the hotel owner Davide helped us to get to get from the airport to the hotel and made us feel very relaxed comfortable and welcomed.

The hotel is spotless and beautiful with the most delicious buffet selection for breakfast and dinner, alongside a beautiful restaurant with mouth watering dishes and cocktails with a very fair price for the high quality and touch of love and care that goes into everything they offer.

The jacuzzi, pool, gym and sunbathing areas are stunning to look at with beautiful floral displays, sparkly lighting and stunning tile work. There was never any difficultly in getting a sun-bed around the pool and the pool and jacuzzi were always the perfect temperature and clean at all times.

For entertainment the bar had an array of music that is enjoyable for all and with a private beach 2 minutes walk away, a long stretch of unique shops and easy access to travel to Venice this really was the perfect holiday for anyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make customers feel welcome with hugs from the staff at the end we all found it very hard to leave.

Honestly the best holiday I’ve ever had I would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be returning next year!

Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the wonderful decor and appearance of the hotel. The hotel is in a lovely area and is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance from many bars, shops and restaurants.

When entering the foyer area we were greeted by the lovely Davide and his amazing team who are friendly and helpful, immediately making you feel safe and in good hands.

The pool and hot tub area are a highlight. They are surrounded by beautiful flowers and fairy lights and the whole hotel is a visual experience unlike any other hotel I have stayed at. The placement of the pool and sun beds are perfect and allows access to sunlight throughout the entire day, regardless of where you are positioned. But of course you can be in the shade if preferred as well. The pool is extremely clean. We were up early most mornings and saw how much love and care goes into keeping this hotel at the standard that it is at.

The rooms are kept clean to the highest standard. They were cleaned every day by the friendly cleaning staff and upon returning to the room each day, you could see the thought that had gone into it. Whether that is drying pool donuts on the balcony or folding your pajamas for you, there were no half measures taken. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The rooms are even slightly bigger than they look in the photos and are very bright and airy. The bathrooms are a nice size too! The aircon does not need to be left on whilst you are out as it is powerful and works quickly. The TV gives access to Netflix and youtube which is a bonus.

I am a very fussy eater but managed to find lots of options that I liked in the dining room. The staff were friendly and there were enough options to suit everyone in our group of 8. The quality of food was amazing.

The Terrace is the restaurant and bar, situated at the front of the hotel. This is another amazing asset! The food is delicious and the bar staff were absolutely lovely! Prices were amazing.

Overall this hotel is the quality of one double the price. Davide, his family and team appear to have got everything right and have created a place that really feels like home during your holiday. We were all very sad to leave and this feeling was mutual amongst the other holiday goers that we spoke to who were leaving the same day.

Top tip: Ask Davide about trips into Venice. He was very helpful and advised us the best days to go and why. He also helped us with how to get there etc.

This is an utterly unique hotel for this area.
A lot of the hotel has historical and locally made artifices and utility wears. The family take great pride, as they should in what they have built.
I was completely unfamiliar with the location and it’s surroundings on arrival, there is only so much google map can show you.
On our first evening we were pleasantly surprised with the choose of food at the evening buffet, meat, chicken, fish and a vegetable dish, lots of grilled veg and different salads. We went to the bar, after walking through the heady smelll of the glorious jasmine and orange blossom smells from the pool area, for a night cap, we were amazed at the amount of people taking photographs of the hotel.
The following morning I went for a walk to the beach, ahh now it made sense as to the photos being taken, all the other hotels are straight up and down 1960s condo looking hotels, fine if you are ok with sharing with 300-500 other people, not for me.
This hotel is being run by a dedicated family, 3 generations, Nona, Papa, son and grandson. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the Milton, I asked for a kettle for my room 1/2 hour later a whole tea tray with an assortment of teas and coffee were in my room.
The following morning we were enjoying another array of delicious delights for breakfast, made to order omelette or scrambled eggs, pastries, meats cheeses, cereals etc something for all. The coffee was regularly filled and very good coffee it is. We were asked if we slept well by David, I had to be honest and said I didn’t, the bed was a bit hard for me, my friend said the same, before we could take a breath David announced he will get a mattress topper put on our beds, wow that is above and beyond excellent service. We asked advice on getting the bus and ferry to Murano, Burano and San Marco, we were guided to the tabaconist literally 500m to the right of the hotel, top tip buy a 48 hour ticket not 24 hours it’s too much to do all 3 in one day.
The journey from the hotel, on bus, to the ferry is around 40-60 minutes it depends on the amount of stops made.
The ferry’s are frequent and easy to find which one you need for your island hop.
The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you, they are very friendly and welcoming.
I had lunch in the bar area what had was delicious Veal with the tuna sauce.
David and his family work tirelessly to give you a great stay whether you are here for a few days or a longer stay, all guests are treated the same. This hotel is an absolute credit to each staff member, but most of all to the conductors of the staff Muma, Papa and David. I take my hat off to you, your dedication to your industry is excellent.
I would highly recommend a stay in this quirky unique hotel.

My wife and I stayed here in August 2019. And the owners are friendly. But as of writing, I am in the process of taking legal action against TUI. This is not a four-star hotel. The rooms are minuscule. Your clothes will hang in a very small cupboard or under a bed that lifts to reveal a storage area. The mirror hangs behind your clothes in the cupboard. Our balcony door was 5ft 10inches high. I'm 6ft. The balcony, (top floor) had a rusting 6 inch in diameter rainwater pipe running through the middle of it at a height of approx. five and a half feet. A table is fixed to the wall, semi-circular and so small it couldn't accommodate a pizza. We had to procure toilet rolls from the reception toilet for the entirety of our two-week stay. Our polite remonstrations fell on deaf ears. Our bedsheets were dirty on arrival and then not changed for the duration. Towels were not always replaced when dirty. The billing system for drinks on the terrace and in the restaurant is horrendous. My most important criticism would be the spraying of a liquid around the pool area. Insecticide??? If so, what are the potential consequences? I saw this on the last day and challenged the owner's father? but he shrugged and walked away. Food is ok and the young staff that work there are very friendly. This hotel has major issues and TUI's description does not bear scrutiny.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival you could see the that the hotel really stands out from all the other hotels. The decor is really beautifully designed and gives you a romantic and relaxing vibe.

The facilities stand out with a beautiful swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi and a lot of sun loungers to choose from in multiple places along with fitness equipment.

The rooms have their own unique decor which matches the hotel look and looks beautiful. Rooms come with air con, mini fridge, smart TV, safe, a good sized bathroom with a big shower. The rooms are cleaned often and to very high standards which makes for a good feeling when you come back later after a long day of travelling & visiting to a freshly cleaned room.

The inside of the hotel also matches the standards set by the outside decor which is excellent.

The food is also delivered to a high standard, I’ve had breakfast and lunch for 7 nights and can say that it’s been the best experience. Big variety of foods which most change daily, while also being very tasty. Even if you are a picky eater, there will definitely be something for you.

The front of the hotel has a restaurant & bar which gives you a good vibe and excellent food & drinks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and very lively at night.

The biggest factor for this amazing experience has been Davide, his family and all the other members of staff. They are very welcoming and they help you have the best experience.

If you are wanting to visit Venice and don’t want to stay in Venice itself, this should definitely be at the top of the list.

Superb alternative to staying in Venice. We spent 7 nights at the Milton Boutique Hotel, allowing us the freedom to enjoy all of the wonders of Venice and the comfort and entertainment of a beach resort. On the advice of Davide, our excellent hotel host, we purchased our bus and ferry tickets from the nearby shop for two days and caught the number 5 bus from the adjacent street to the Punta Sabbioni terminal where we travelled on the number 14 ferry straight into Venice. (Remember to note where the ferry docks for your return journey). I would suggest that two days is sufficient to enjoy the beautiful sail in, Doge’s Palace, Basilica de San Marco, Rialto Bridge, a Gondola, the Grand Canal, Ice Cream at the Florián Cafe and a general walk around.

The Milton Boutique Hotel itself is a fabulously run family business where you are made to feel special from the moment you arrive. Davide is multilingual and on arrival, showed us around the hotel and pool area, pointing out the many unique features which set the property apart from larger chain hotels. We chose a superior double room, which was very well appointed and most comfortable. The choice of food within the restaurant was also excellent and lovingly prepared by the chef and her staff. The Terrace bar area to the front, together with the overall facade, pool and garden area arguably made it the most attractive hotel in the area. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and must compliment all of the staff for the very friendly, efficient and accommodating way they looked after us during our stay. In addition to Davide as intimated earlier, special mention is also made to Mauro and the great conversations we enjoyed throughout the week re our mutual love of football and family!

Once again - Thank You!

As soon as we walked into the hotel it had a lovely smell of orange blossom, we arrived past midnight but Davide and the manager were waiting for us and happy to make us a pizza!!
Breakfast was a delight with a cheerful welcome by all the staff every morning, the chef made fresh omelettes, scrambled or fried eggs to order, lots of lovely fresh fruit.
The gardens and pool are were kept beautifully and there was soft background music all day that was very relaxing. While still able to concentrate on my book
There is a bar area for non residents and residents where you can get lunch if you need it( we were always full from breakfast) drinks cocktails and ice cream cocktails
The rooms are very clean, no kettle is provided but I’d taken mine and they were happy to give me cups and spoons, there is a fridge in the room and very comfy beds
I was recommended this hotel by a friend, it is lovely, very different from any other in the area, people stop to photograph it and I would definitely recommend it

Thank you Francesca, Davide, Mauro and all staff at the Milton Boutique Hotel Jesolo Venezia for making my birthday special! Thank you for my lovely note and flowers from the garden … what a lovely suprise! ❤️ We had a great 4 night stay in a warm cosy quirky room. Our room was cleaned every day and the hotel was super clean.
The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic history.

Super helpful and friendly staff help you find your way around town and its the perfect location for shopping beach food entertainment and only 50 minutes bus and ferry ride 21-26 euros to Venice.

Thanks for making us feel so welcome and for remembering our names such a lovely touch .. made us feel us at home safe and happy… look forward to coming back. Save our room. ❤️

I visited Hotel Milton for a week 4th - 11th of May’ 22 with my sister and elderly mother.
We had a wonderful time form start to finish. Davide and all the staff are super friendly and very hospitable catering for our very need since the moment we arrived. They couldn’t have been more attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them . The food was delicious with plenty of variety to cater for all tastes . The hospitality of waitress Franscesca, head chef and her kitchen staff was exceptional , we ate in the hotel every single night the food was so good. Hotel Milton is by far the most beautiful and unique hotel
in the whole of Lido di Jessolo . The attention to detail in the design and layout is exceptional and the outside terrace , gardens and pool area are truly picturesque .
From the Moment we arrived we received a genuine warm welcome and we loved every single minute , I can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend.
