Low-cost carrier easyJet (U2) is the United Kingdom's largest airline. Headquartered at London Luton Airport (LTN), easyJet flies to 32 countries across Europe, Africa and Asia using a point-to-point route model. All of the airline's aircraft are configured with single-cabin Economy Class seating. EasyJet keeps airfares low by offering few complimentary services, and passengers must purchase both food and beverages while onboard. The airline has more than 20 bases across Europe. Of those, London Gatwick Airport (LGW) is the largest. Other large bases include Milan–Malpensa Airport (MXP), Bristol Airport (BRS), Luton and London Stansted Airport (STN).

- Service on board was good. Crew were attentive and friendly. Were happy to fill up water bottles once onboard. - Boarding was a bit disorganised. - Gate announced with plenty time and we departed early which was nice! - Crew kept us updated about the weather and the arrival time throughout. Had all the right information at the right times. All round good service. You'd pay more money for more hassle with the likes of British Airways. Probably throw in an extra delay or two for good measure as well as naff I.T, knowing BA. Pay considerably less to fly with easyJet for less hassle. I know where my money is going...…

Holidays with Easy Jet are low cost. Reliable. No trouble with the travel side they are excellent. Customer Service is another ball game!!. I would have given a 5 star rating If it wasn't for the poor Customer Service which unfortunately I have had to use a few times over the last 3 months its a nightmare.…

Separated us + from children. The airline have not only separated us for our 3 children at check in but told me if we want to change it we need to pay, didn’t realise that legally they could separate an adult from a child on a plane but feels like it’s just extortion tactics from EasyJet to squeeze more money out of families, will raise a complaint with the regulator. Not only are we separated from our 3 daughters but we are in a different row and separated ourselves so no scenario where an adult is with a child…
