Since 2009, from its hub in Dubai, flydubai (FZ) has created a network of more than 90 destinations across 44 countries and operates on average more than 1,700 flights a week. The airline currently has a fleet of 58 new Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft and has more than 100 Boeing aircraft on order. The majority of its aircraft are configured with both Business Class and Economy Class. Passengers travelling in Business Class have access to a business lounge, as well as priority check-in, fast-track security lanes and complimentary food and beverages on board the aircraft. Passengers travelling in Economy Class can purchase meals, snacks and beverages on board.

I am writing to share my deep regret and disappointment regarding the experience my family and I had on our recent flight with Flydubai. Last week, my family and I, a group of eight, including two infants aged one and two, travelled from Dubai, UAE, to Zanzibar, Tanzania for a vacation. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the crew members during this flight was less than satisfactory. From the beginning of the flight, the crew's behaviour was concerning. When I requested water, I waited for approximately half an hour without any response. Upon reminding the attendant, his reaction was dismissive and rude, forcing me to seek assistance from a different crew member at the back of the plane. Additionally, when my infants began to chatter, one of the male flight attendants approached us and admonished us rudely, stating that other passengers were sleeping, despite it being around 11:00 AM. This level of unprofessionalism was surprising and disappointing, especially considering the numerous flights I have taken over the past nine years with various airlines, where I have never encountered such behavior. Another crew member exhibited similar unprofessional conduct. While I respect the demanding nature of their job, such behavior is unacceptable. I had to request water again while they were conversing at the back of the plane. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure better service and professionalism from the staff in the future.…

As expected, another stress- free flight even though it was fully booked. The IFE offered a great selection of movies, TV series, documentaries and other media. The crew was courteous and provided decent serve with food and drinks. Definitely recommended.

We took an economy flight on the first leg to Dubai. My husband's travel went really well because we booked a seat with more legroom because of his height. I would be happy to fly again with this airline.

This was undoubtedly the most miserable experience I have ever had with an airline. On May 29, 2024, I flew with Fly Dubai on flight FZ868, and it was an absolute disaster. The flight was delayed for almost 10 hours, and to make matters worse, we received no communication whatsoever from the airline staff. We were left stranded at the airport, with no idea what was going on or what the next steps were. It was a complete and utter nightmare. Even after we finally boarded the plane, the nightmare continued. We had to endure a grueling wait of almost an hour before taking off, with all the passengers feeling exhausted, agitated, and desperate to leave. It was an ordeal that nobody deserves to go through. But it didn't end there. Upon landing, we were once again left stranded with no communication from the staff. It was like a nightmare that just kept on going and going. The level of sheer incompetence and disorganization displayed by Fly Dubai was nothing short of appalling. Suffice it to say; this was the last time my family and I will ever fly with Fly Dubai. If you're looking for an airline that actually cares about its passengers and doesn't subject them to such miserable experiences, stay far away from Fly Dubai.…
