I have fond memories of this casino/hotel from years ago when it was the biggest and baddest on the Las Vegas strip. Sadly, that is no longer the case. I had two rooms and the room between us was rented to what may have been a drug dealer. Not once or twice but three nights, we were awakened by drunks (or worse) who were trying the find the room "where their friend was". As in 2am. I was there for a convention and wanted to sleep at night..but alas, that was not possible.

I hate it because I always loved the Mirage. But the low hotel prices seem to attract a lower end clientele. I will not be back.

Be careful when you check out to TRIPLE check your hotel bill ('folio'). The mini bar 'sensors' will charge you for items, even if you only LIFT an item to read the label! I got charged 5 times for $15 water bottles. (oh yea - One Smart Water water bottle, costs 15USD. Ouch.) I also was charged twice for late check out. Good thing I looked over my folio, otherwise they're probably making lots of extra money on these 'mistakes' of theirs upon checkout...

My other issue is the fact that they have a dolphin show at the Mirage. Those poor dolphins, living in small tanks in a DESERT. It's just SO wrong. So maybe, set those guys free and find another tourist attraction?? Take a hint from the Seaworld protests...I think we all know, in 2018, that it's not right for those poor animals.

Other than that, the hotel is nice. I was there for a work conference. Things ran smoothly.
I'm vegan, and the Cravings buffet saved my life! Lots of vegan options there.

Very pretty inside. Has a waterfall, several nice restaurants, great staff, walking distance to alot, shops inside and a spa, beautiful pool area. Has the dolphins and tigers exhibit to see kinda like a very small zoo w tigers etc and few tanks for dolphins..if you are lucky and have the money to you can swim w the dolphins. This visit was not our best out of many visits, the beds were very hard and a few other things...great m life perks card rewards.

They made us wait over three hours to check in. My wife is handicapped and wanted to check in as soon as possible. . Ice maker didn't work even after bellman tried to turn it on. Shower badly stained , tissue floating in the bath and dusty. Keys would not operate the elevator properly. Paid 15 dollar for 3 small bottles of Coke at the hotel store. Did not offer us anything for our troubles. Definitely not the Old Vegas. Will not stay there again

Poor communication between departments to satisfy customers needs. I do not feel I should to be upset because you have not meet my needs. When you say something will be done I expect it to be done without consequences. Very upsetting events.

Never staying here again I paid for a hospitality suite. I got a campsite. We found moths!! I had to kill them so they wouldn’t get anywhere near my child also in the shower we found small bugs coming out of the drain. Disgusting ruined our first night of vacation.

Pool under construction. Front desk staff was rude at checkout when we asked about reducing resort fee since the main pool was y fee construction. We will never stay at mirage again. We haven’t been to Vegas in twenty years. A lot has changed-what used to. E an affordable vacation is now very expensive and the service is subpar

Spent 4 days & 3 nights here for my spring break vacation & I’m glad I made the right hotel choice ! Location is good, center of the strip, 2 minutes walk from the Fashion Show mall but if you’re going for the night life then I would recommend the Flamingo or Bellagio (if you’re willing to spend more money). But regardless, it’s just one strip so the walking isn’t that bad at all.
Check in was quick and easy, they asked you for room reference so if don’t like walking just ask them for a room near elevator because this hotel is huge and we made a mistake of not doing that so it took us a good 10 minutes to walk from and to our room. Room is very modern, i was worried from reading all the comments about the room being old and dated and we didn’t have that problem. However, the bathroom, was a little disappointing, the shower was a moldy, the floor was stained with black stuff, but I love the big mirror with the vanity light it was perfect for me to do my makeup!
Now the 1 star that I took away was for customer service. When we first got to the room, we called housekeeping to come mop down the floor, left for dinner, came back and the floor was still dirty so we called again and still, nobody came so we just left it at that. After that, whenever we called to ask for stuff, they just never came.
