Kareena Kapoor says both she and Deepika Padukone have 'strong’ roles in ‘Singham Again’

Kareena Kapoor remarked that 'Singham Again' is predominantly focused on male characters, describing it as a film driven by male energy.

Kareena Kapoor, who is riding high on the success of ‘Crew, which was released in March this year, will soon be seen in ‘Singham Again.’

At a recent UN event, Kareena Kapoor was asked about her and fellow actor Deepika Padukone’s roles in ‘Singham Again’ directed by Rohit Shetty.

She said, ‘Singham again’ ‘will be really different’: “There’s Deepika (Padukone) and I in the film, where we have very strong parts. But obviously it’ll be really different; it is the big ticket Bollywood bonanza for this year, and I’m sure people will enjoy that.”

The film directed by Rohit Shetty has Ajay Devgn reprising the role of Bajirao Singham, along with Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor.

Arjun Kapoor will be seen as an antagonist in the movie.

Kareena Kapoor also said that ‘Singham Again’ is a ‘completely male testosterone movie,’ talking about the presence of many male actors in the movie.

Kareena was also a part of ‘Singham 2’ and she will be once again seen as Avni in the third installment.

Kareena Kapoor will also be seen playing the role of a detective in Hansal Mehta’s ‘The Buckingham Murders.’

Kareena will be seen as a mother who has lost her child and is determined to solve the murder of a ten-year-old in Buckinghamshire. The movie has yet to premiere in India.

Kareena also spoke about a sequel to ‘Crew’ and said that she would love to be a part of it.

Recently, her husband Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan made his Instagram debut. While commenting on Ibrahim’s image, Kareena, who is also an ambassador of PUMA, asked him to work with her soon.
