Hailing from a family of artists, innovation, imagination and industry are embedded in the DNA of Leeds-born, West London-based Tommy Evans. As a pioneering UK rap musician, Tommy has appeared on over 80 releases (including 7 solo LPs).

Tommy’s music has been playlisted from Spotify to Radio 1 and featured on MTV, Soccer AM, Skins and Kidulthood. He has played live with De La Soul, Common and the godfather of hip hop, DJ Kool Herc as well as performing before the likes of David Rodigan, Adele and HRH William, Prince Of Wales.

Tommy can even count Rio Ferdinand and Kylie as fans with his voice sampled by Dilla alongside Madlib! A multi-hyphenate creative, Tommy Evans has won plaudits as a published writer, spoken word artist and filmmaker earning a PhD in the process!

Tommy has shelled down numerous stages including indigo at The O2, ExCeL, The Jazz Café, The Garage, Chip Shop, Apple (Regent Street, LDN), Black Lily (Philadelphia, USA), Elysses Montmarte (Paris, France) and Ilm Arts (K.L. Malaysia) as well as exhibiting at the Royal Festival Hall plus lecturing at Cambridge University!
