“Goodnight Oppy” was a lowkey solid documentary about the subject. Insane how much longer the project lasted than expected.

“Good Night Oppy" (2022) is such an excellent documentary!

I think i would bawl if i watched that

It’s crazy how we as a species can humanize inanimate objects. The documentary was sad as hell. Borderline “does the dog die” material

In all reality, she ain’t goin nowhere lol, when we get to mars she’ll be there waiting. We’ll prolly put her in the first martian museum or somethin

God I hope so. She must be so lonely. Deserves the world.

I have it on my watch list but don't think I'm emotionally prepared for it. I'm not sure I'll ever be emotionally prepared for it.

You probably can, it seems that a dust storm likely covered up the solar panels and lost power as a result

If only we had a helicopter

Searer, my God, to thee, nearer to thee!

So this is allowed but not pictures with animals in them, even if it’s not about the animal?

These terrible mods will allow this, but not images of people being comforted by their pets in their final moments?

What a joke.

One of the most beautiful and saddest images I’ve seen.

This is about Spirit not Opportunity, but the same sentiment applies.

This one is actually about Opportunity but doesn't hit the same as the one about Spirit.

Here's a version of the one about Spirit with a happier ending. Too late for me I'm already crying.

Meh. The last photo of the wright brothers. We are e/acc
