I have the Paypal buyer credit .. I see where I have used it to buy something but where can I make the payment at. I cannot find the "Make Payment" section or is there one? If soneone could tell me how to access the payment center I would appreciate it.

I've had a problem accessing GE's website from my paypal acct. using the steps given. Before Oct.,'09, it was no problem but can not get to it anylonger.
I've had the buyer credit for a couple years now and have found that lately the only way I can get to GE money bank's site is through www.paypal.geconsumerfinance.com and setting up a acct. to make pymts. directly to GE and from their website. I hope you find this easier and to work for you. Let me know what you find out if you get the time. I'm interested also since I've been having problems accessing it from paypal website lately.
