Aloha yall

I have searched around a bit and cannot seem to find a solution on how to retrieve/reset my Blackberry.net email address password.

I have updated/validated my email addresses since getting my phone but had to delete that BlackBerry.net address off my BIS webpage because I cannot remember or find the password. I went ahead and deleted that account from the BIS page but of course cannot add it again because every password I try- isn't working. But I will need to try to do something about it because that is an address I use heavily at work and will need to have those emails forwarded until the word spreads that the address will be no longer.

Any advice or insight? Working on an ATT Z10

BB10 does not support the BB.Net address so it can NOT be readded even if you remember the password. The option was to forward it to another email address for a maximum of 12 months, after which it would be deleted from the backend automatically. You just deleted your only chance of having it forwarded for any amount of time and it is now gone.

That's odd though, I mean I'll do what I have to obviously, but upon switching devices and doing so with regards to moving and validating all my email accounts- that BB email address was the only one where I wasn't able to get a password sent to me but it told me (as did these forums) that it would forward my emails for 12 months but I wasn't able to progress forward unless I had a password for the Bb email address.
