Small town. Medium-size cities within 30 minute drive. Great Homecoming week activities. Great English and Theater program when I went there and not so good computer program but that was several years ago so there might be different professors in different areas...Ronald Reagan went there so you'll learn facts about him without even trying. There is a Ronald Reagan museum room on campus. The people on campus are politically diverse despite the Reagan legacy.
What first drew me to Eureka College was how person-focused it was. It's a small school, so therefore students can connect with teachers and are better able to learn. Each of my classes feels like a mini community because they are small, and everyone can get to know each other. Because it's a small school, there aren't as many classes offered, however there is a lot of freedom in what classes you can take which I really like.
My experience was horrible when you first get there every admin cares but once the year goes on they don’t they start to care about certain people the ones that donate and pays the most are the ones that get the most attention. Kendi, Bill and other teachers are people who doesn’t care and kendi runs the school basically she doesn’t take her job seriously. Bills the same way I also played football worst 4 years of my life in sports I would never recommend it’s a waste of eligibility they only care when you need to get payments in Barth is a bad coach him and the school recently got rid of a coach that gave most of his hrs to the team and he jus had a new born he didn’t have to be there but he was, what makes it worst he lied to the team and told them the coach wanted to leave no that wasn’t the case coach Barth is a liar I wouldn’t go there to play for him he will do anything to keep his job because he’s in the hot seat right now because they team is so terrible Forget eureka.
