In our latest Where Are They Now article, Soaps.com reintroduces you to a blast from One Life to Live’s past through actress Shelly Burch!
Fans may remember her from her Llanview role as Delilah Ralston Buchanan, which she played from 1982-1987, 1988-1989, 2001. Not only was she the wife of Asa Buchanan (Phil Carey), she was to his son Bo (Robert S. Woods) as well!
Since leaving Daytime behind, Shelly had a busy career in the 80’s with roles in “Cat’s Eye” as Jerrilyn, “Spenser For Hire” as Deidra, “Miami Vice” as Angelica Payson, “Identity Crisis” as Roxy and in “Great performances” as Julie LaVerne. The 90’s didn’t bring Shelly into the public eye much, but in 2000 she appeared as Mrs. McCormick in “Held For Ransom” then resurfaced recently in the 2009 movie “Her Meds” as Aggie.
Shelly is currently getting ready to release her comedy “Oy Vey! My Son Is Gay” where she’ll play Teresa Ferraro. Fans can look for the film to be released this fall!
