Candace Owens has revealed that she is pregnant with her second child, as she also shared her due date with her social media followers.
The conservative commentator, 32, took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to reveal that news, as she posted two pictures of herself posing with her husband, George Farmer, and their 13-month-old son.
Cradling her growing baby bump in the first of the two images, Owens drew from the lyrics of Jordan Davis' track "Buy Dirt" for her accompanying caption.
She wrote: "Do what you love and call it work. Throw a little money in the plate at church. Send your prayers up and your roots down deep. And add a few limbs to your family tree..."
Owens rounded out her post with the hashtags "#FamilyofFour" and "#July2022."
Hockey player Mike Fisher, country singer RaeLynn and Brittany Aldean, wife of Jason Aldean, were among those who left congratulatory messages on the media personality's Instagram post.
The Connecticut native's announcement was also shared on Twitter, prompting another flood of messages from well-wishers.
Kayleigh McEnany, the erstwhile Press Secretary for former President Donald Trump, was among those who reacted to the news on Tuesday.
"Congratulations @RealCandaceO! This is awesome. Another great patriot on the way!" McEnany wrote, adding the U.S. flag and a heart emoji to her message.
Reacting to the outpouring of support, she tweeted: "Wow—Thank you to everyone for the many congratulations! Overwhelmed with all of the love shown to my family today. Deeply grateful for this life and the blessing of children."
Owens and her husband, a British Oxford University graduate who is the CEO of conservative social media platform Parler, welcomed their first child on January 13, 2021.
"It's true what they say—the whole world stops when your child is born," Owens captioned a photo of her son days after his arrival.
In an interview with The Daily Wire during her first pregnancy, Owens spoke about how prospective motherhood affected her outlook and priorities.
"In a way, pregnancy has better focused me ... many of these debates are no longer just political for me—they're personal," she said. "The stakes seem much higher when you are starting a family.
"You realize that whatever decisions we land upon as a society will have real implications for your child's future. Will my child grow up in the same America that I grew up in, with the same opportunities? I have a lot of anxiety about the answer to that question, which is being determined now."
Owens, host of The Daily Wire show Candace, met Farmer at a December 2018 soft launch reception party for Turning Point U.K., which aims to promote conservative ideas.
At the time that they met, Farmer was chairman of the offshoot of the pro-Trump advocacy group Turning Point USA, of which Owens was director of communications.
According to to a post on Owens' Instagram account, the pair were engaged on Valentine's Day, February 14 of 2019.
Six months later, in August 2019, they exchanged nuptials at the Trump Winery near Charlottesville, Virginia. Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage was reportedly in attendance.
Discussing their whirlwind romance in a June 2019 interview with British society magazine Tatler, Farmer, son of former Conservative Party treasurer Lord Michael Farmer, said he "fell in love so hard" that "nothing else mattered."
"It was like I'd known him my whole life," Owens agreed at the time. "We [share] the same views, we [have] the same sense of humour."
