International Thespian Society

Walton High School is a member of Educational Theater Association's (EDTA) International Thespian Society. Students earn points by participating in theater activities to be inducted into our troupe (#2023). Students who earn membership in the honors society participate in multiple service projects to learn that community service is a valuable part of the Fine Arts community.

The Troupe is an Honor Society and inducted students wear cords of distinction at graduation. Students earn points by participating in productions, drama club service projects, theater festivals, etc. The International Thespian society is available for all students in our drama program.

EdTA is the parent organization of the International Thespian Society, an honorary organization that has inducted more than 2.5 million Thespians since its founding in 1929.
