I have lived here for more than half a month, and the experience is terrible:
⑴sanitary:
There's a leftover carrot under the bed, and the room serving didn't sweep it off several times
The sheets and covers are not very tidy, and many pests will be with you during your stay.
(2) room facilities:
Electric appliances: TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, hair drier
Bath is inconvenient because of the size and design. During shower, half water can go outside, and if the floor is broken, you need to pay.
(3) safety:
Some rooms were knocked in the middle of the night, and just several day before we left, three rooms of the whole regiment were stolen.
We have already got in touch with the hotel manager and called the police, but it is hopeless for us to get them back.
The response from the hotel was not positive. I was told that the manager would come to work at 9:00. As a result, at 1:00 p.m., the front desk said that the manager was on holiday today. We can only send mail to managers. By the next week, we were about to leave, and there was not enough time to deal with
By the way, there's no surveillance on the corridor side of the hotel room. So it is really unsafe.

There's no sign of prying or turning.
During the day time, rooms may empty, we go out.
The thief took away some of our new purchases: coach bags, cosmetics, etc.
It can be understood that it can be used by herself/himself or sold for some money.
The thief didn't take away the iPad and computer that we put directly in the room. Sound strange, right!?
The thief really ruin my good memories there.

It is not a safe place. I lost my new Estée Lauder eye cream in my last day in Columbus. But the hotel didn’t have the camera to find out the stealer. I think it leaves me a bad impression of this hotel.

基于对比我在过去那么多年住过的所有酒店，我给这家酒店2.5的评分。这是家普通的酒店，请注意，我只给奢华酒店4星或者5星，这儿干净得一尘不染，服务甚佳。附注：前台的Pam实在好得令人称赞！毛巾和床单都很干净，有很多的插座。微波炉和冰箱作业时很安静。去买食物走走就到了，靠近OSU CONS：房间有些陈旧。酒店允许客人带宠物进入，所以我们不得不更换一开始安排我们住的第一间房间，因为闻起来有狗的味道。虽然房间是不让抽烟的，但酒店的某些区域闻起来还是有烟的味道。房间应该来一次深度的清洁。一些隐蔽的地方或者裂缝应该要引起更多的注意。公共区域和电梯都有些老旧，都需要清理。只能从外面进入房间。

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay here at the Red Roof Plus at OSU. We truly appreciate you staying here for the past 3 years since your daughter started school OSU. It is delighted to know that the staff has always been a good steward, helpful and friendly each time you stayed here. Pam and Ryan has always been great part of our team and I will share your very kind comments with them. Our location is usually well suited for people visiting the OSU campus, their hospitals and is very convenient to the nearby freeways and the many restaurants in the area . Hello,
Thank you for your question, but the fireworks is downtown and is a bit too far from us to see it.
There is another Red Roof downtown that you should be able to see it from certain rooms. Or if you prefer to see it up close, its within 10mins walk to the event.

No, this property does not serve breakfast. There is a Bob Evans, Denny’s near by & McDonalds right next door to Red Roof. Hope this helps?
I think Red Roof only allows 1 dog, but call the hotel and ask
