Jay H The unrated version has my favorite kill(s) in the entire franchise. The movie is bat**** crazy, but I kinda dig it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/26/24 Full Review Samuel V In what has become an all-too-familiar outcome, I find myself assigning yet another less-than-stellar rating to the latest installment of the "Friday the 13th" franchise. This edition, which ambitiously aims to delve into the enigmatic backstory of Jason, ultimately falls short of delivering on its promise. The special effects come across as glaringly outdated and border on the grotesque to the contemporary viewer. Although the narrative fails to meet expectations, it's worth noting that in my opinion, the acting performances in this particular chapter do stand out over the series' previous entries. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/29/24 Full Review Vladan A If you put yourself in the perspective of someone who watched the movie 31 year ago, it's really great, and I love it. There are some ideas which basically shaped the horror movie industry and are really cool to see in their early phases. However if you want something that will scare and intrigue you with a different/new approach to this genre, don't waste your time on this movie, or the whole franchise. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/24 Full Review David C Es muy mal la hecha la historia me hubiera gustado que le dieran más tiempo en pantalla a Jason Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/24 Full Review ChadArtist L Friday the 13th part IX jason goes to hell the final Friday more like freaky Friday the 13th part IX jason goes to hell the final Friday Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/01/24 Full Review Beau L The fact that they tried to add lore into a franchise already on its ninth movie just shows how out of ideas they really were. It's bad and not even fun bad. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
