We are sorry you didn’t find enough party as you expected, we host our “children of the 80’s” party every Sunday, which it got so famous we were the very first party of the season, opening our party season the 19th of March, and it is all descripted in our website. Then, apart from our live Dj sessions at the pool every afternoon, on Thursdays we host our “This is the pool party”, and just this week we are going to start with our RockSpa evening party with sushi and Dj set in the Spa, how cool! We offer 12 different types of room, and in our website we have detailed descriptions of each and every room, starting from the size in square meters, to the virtual tour of the rooms, however, we are sorry to hear that were not satisfied with the size of your room. Having read some negative reviews about Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellence of the hotel, the staff and the Customer service. We arrived on an early flight and so were some 4 hours before check in time, however the receptionist (Ana Dominguez ) was superb, guiding us through the process quickly and efficiently despite the suite not yet being ready, she took my phone number and promised a call as soon as it was available, she gave us the welcome drinks and a voucher for a drink and olives in the tapas restaurant, she explained how we could use all the facilities immediately and then ensured our baggage was safely stored while we explored the hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we were greeted by bright cheerful staff wherever we went. As promised I was called over an hour before the normal check in time and advised the suite was ready, keys in hand we discovered a spacious suite with an excellent balcony and fabulous ocean views. I was in Ibiza for a birthday celebration and the next day, complementary cava and nibbles were delivered with a card from the hotel which we enjoyed immensely and then retained the ice bucket and glasses for the champagne we had brought with us (drinks are expensive here) While we found the food perfectly acceptable I cannot say that it matches the standard of the hotel and the staff service received. We also ate twice at Sir Rocco Beach Bar adjacent to the hotel and found this to be better quality all round. Entertainment was of course of the highest quality throughout the stay and we particularly enjoyed "children of the 80s", heaven and the pool party! Having tried and failed to get a late check out we were assured of our ability to continue using all the facilities of the hotel and thus were able to enjoy our final day to the maximum, once again first class service from the reception team, thank you. One minor irritation is that despite checking that my Hard Rock Rewards number was in the system and being assured that my points would be credited immediately on check out, so far no points have been allocated and no "verified stay". Overall however a most excellent break and I highly recommend Hard Rock Ibiza as a first class holiday destination!!

Everything about this hotel is luxurious from the moment u step inside , the pool party's are amazing wen I went tinie temper was playing and his special guest was snoop dogg it was one of the best parties I've been to the rooms are gorgeous drinks our really expensive but I suppose u would expect them in this hotel .

I visited the hotel for 3 nights with 5 of my friends to celebrate my friends 40th and loved every minute of it. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent, we spent time both at the pool and the beach and the waiting service was exceptional. All the staff are first class and go out of their way to make you feel special. Quality of food was great, although found the poolside food to be better value than the beach club. Cocktails all fab and good value for money. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will definitely be back, if you're looking for a quiet break this probably isn't the hotel or location for you, with music and performances throughout the day, but definitely worth a visit.

We stayed one week at the hotel! Rooms where clean ok size the only thing was you could hear the airplans in the morning! The pool areas where good but our favorite was the peach club! Thank you for the staff in the peach restaurant and special thanks to Dj Xicu Portas!!! Breakfast was very good! The show at the rooftop was very good. The only disappointment was the "Tapas restaurant" Rude service and the food was bad!

We did not stay at th hotel, but came for the children of the 80's party. We arrived at 8 p.m. (opening is at 7.p.m.) and the place filled up quickly, but was not cramped as at Pacha. We loved the easy going fun party with a very mixed crowd from the age of 18 -60 who likes the songs of the eighties. We also loved the open air setting and the good parking facilities close by. A nice place for an early party after a beach day and when you dont' want to wait until midnight for the club opening

The staff in a lot of cases were too cool for comfort and not nearly as focused as I would expect from a hotel such as this. The room was also very small and narrow, I kept hitting off the TV while walking by the end of the bed. The TV channel selection was also very poor.
