My wife loves crab. We went to two restaurants in Baltimore while we were in the DC Metroplex so she could have her fix of crab. She is particularly fond of King Crab Legs, and since Crabfest was advertised at Red Lobster, we decided to...see how well they could do on this day. We have tried not to go to this location since the level of service has been spotty at best, but figured we'd try one more time. We both ordered, with my wife getting the Crabfest Trio. When her food arrived, it wasn't the meal she ordered, so she was told it would be a quick fix. But then, when I wanted to begin to shell my crab legs, we were told they had no "Crab Crackers". The waitress told us they had all been stolen or thrown away. The manager, who seemed to not have anything to do, was not helpful nor interested in the plight of the customers. My wife worked at this location when she was in high school. At that time, they would do all they could to accommodate the customer. And I know that seafood shell crackers are at most $2.00 per. Why couldn't someone go to Kroger or another retailer and buy some more? It was one of the worst dining experiences I have had.More

My family and I went to Red Lobsters because a few of them like the chain I DONT. This passed Saturday we decided to go around 5 pm it wasn't busy and that should have been a sign something wasn't right. From the time we...went in and sat down it was downhill from there. We were told our waitress Erica would be out in a few after another waitress came over and took our drink order. It took a while for Erica to comes and when she came she appeared to be high or sleepy or something. It took a while for our basic salad to come out and when it did I basically had to pick out all the old brown looking iceberg lettuce that was old and we were told they had no red onions for the salad which was ridiculous because as a restaurant this is something you can buy at a grocery store if you run out. I hate when I go spend my hard earned money and once I order I'm told ohh sorry we ran out or don't have this. Well once our order came out which seemed forever my Aunt did not receive a basic vegetable which was broccoli so she ask to speak to the manager because by that time she was upset. When the so called manager came out he ask what was the problem and she told him her broccoli is not out and we have been waiting a while for food, basically he left and next thing someone bought the broccoli out and we didn't hear nothing else from him. What surprised is that it wasn't even busy and service was so poor. Like I said I'm not a fan and if my family wants to go there I will not return ever.More

I haven't been inside a red lobster in more than 10 years but found this recently remodeled one to be quite good. The staff and manager seemed to try to exceed their customers expectations and I'm sure in some cases they did. I found them...to be very friendly and accommodating but still a little room for improvements. For example the pacing of the meal wasn't good. I took advantage of the four course special and my first two courses were delivered simultaneously. I'm guessing because the server would rather not make two trips to the kitchen. So while I ate my salad my soup went cold. Otherwise I found everything as expected and good. This place was also conveniently located adjacent to the Hampton Inn where I had a room.More

The service and food here were great. Our food came quite quickly and our server made sure we were pleased.

Haven’t eaten at a Red Lobster in about 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised. We came here with baseball team during a tournament because it’s right next to hotel (Hampton Inn) and we could walk. Food was the usual good food we have found at Red Lobsters around the country. It's not the place for steaks (even though they offer them for non-seafood eating folks). I had the Ultimate Feast and it was a great variety of different seafood. Wife...had the Tilapia and thought it was a dry small portion. We both agreed that the clam chowder rated 6 stars. (Next time I am going to try the Lobster Bisque as I have heard good things about it). Our Server was very good and attentive. prices are typical Red Lobster, i.e. medium range. We did not try any wine or cocktails (we were boith packing) but, in the past, the selection was fairly good. We will return as we have never been disappointed here with the food or service. Just don't go to the Eastland shopping mall (nearby) as it is not safe.More

The eating choices are few at this exit so I have eaten here several times. I have always found the staff to be friendly but the service erratic and slow. They sometimes get my order wrong, I get the entree before the salad, or as...tonight get the entree before the appetizer. I decided to to get the pick two combination and was first disappointed with the salad as it was mostly shredded cheese and dressing with very little lettuce. I was REALLY disappointed when the pathetic entree arrived. It cost an extra $2.49 for the scallops - 4 scallops the size of quarters. Smallest potato I have ever seen and think those were goldfish fillets instead of flounder. The entree before taxes cost over $21.00!! They should have at least put some green stuff on the plate since I had plenty of salad dressing maybe that would have filled me up. Total ripoff - so disappointed with Red Lobster that their quality has sunk so low.More

We had a large party (10). So I expected service to be slow, we did go on Friday night at dinner time. The hostess was very pleasant and the server was a young kid but he did rather well. He did make combos (a la...cart to make certain meals cheaper) I thought that was nice. The place was clean. I gave it 3 stars for the fact that it is a chain for seafood but the selection of seafood and the freshness isn't a high quality place. It's good but it isn't wow... The biscuits however are great.More

Went for lunch. Food was good, service was good. Things were as I would expect from a Red Lobster. Didn't appear to be in a good part of town, but was clean & up to par.
